I feel like Shinazugawa would be uppermoon 1 because Gyomei has something Shinazugawa doesn't: He has mercy for people and cares a lot. He's also a good emphasizer. Shinazugawa doesn't have these qualities, which would make him more ruthless and prone to violence, while gyomei would be more busy feeling bad for a demon slayer, or would start emphasizing He could possibly even pull a kokushibo and take a look in the mirror and let himself get killed
