Ngl I looked at other groups relay and there were quite a lot of moments where they just stand awkwardly when it's not their part. But I don't see any of that in Dreamcatcher's Relay. All of them are so comfortable and confident in their ability to perform, there's no feeling of awkwardness or nervousness AT ALL. They all know they have something to bring to the table and they did flawlessly.
Yes it’s easy to lose sight of what absolute pros these ladies are. When you can have fun/adlib while still executing flawlessly you know you are at the top of your game. That’s true for any field.

Honestly, I really like their concept. It isn't the generic cutesy, girl crush, bubblegum, im a pretty girl type. Even their music is unique. It always reminds me of Jpop. Maybe a mix of kpop and jpop. Sadly, i guess this is why they're slept on. Its not ur usual kpop concept. On the other hand, it also what makes them distinct from other groups.

Even Red Velvet sell about 150 000 copies of each albums and EPs they put out. So if Dreamcatcher albums continue to sell this much with each releases, this makes them some of the greatest girl groups in terms of sales. Their singles might not do well on the korean charts and they might not have a first win, but as of right now they are one of the most well established, respected and successful girl groups in Kpop. They are for sure in the Top 10 most successful girl groups of the 3rd Gen.*
I'm a baby Somnia and was actually wondering why people keep saying they're underrated. I think maybe they meant the rock genre isn't as popular in KPop so they don't get a lot of buzz? If you think about it actually, DC is breaking barriers. Not only did they rise above disbandment but they completely reinvented themselves as a rock/pop metal group. A risk like that takes guts because KNetz prefer to stick with what they're used to in gg - cutesy, bubbly, girl crush concepts. Also, I don't understand why people would say they're being mistreated by their company? I don't know much yet as I'm still learning about them but compared to how YG treats their idols or how Cube treats CLC, I think DC Company are doing okay.

They had an massive organic growth, you just have to compare numbers. If I recall correctly, they were the group with the biggest organic growth the past two years along with ATEEZ (which happens to be my other ult group lol)

Even Red Velvet sell about 150 000 copies of each albums and EPs they put out. So if Dreamcatcher albums continue to sell this much with each releases, this makes them some of the greatest girl groups in terms of sales. Their singles might not do well on the korean charts and they might not have a first win, but as of right now they are one of the most well established, respected and successful girl groups in Kpop. They are for sure in the Top 10 most successful girl groups of the 3rd Gen.*

I'm a baby Somnia and was actually wondering why people keep saying they're underrated. I think maybe they meant the rock genre isn't as popular in KPop so they don't get a lot of buzz? If you think about it actually, DC is breaking barriers. Not only did they rise above disbandment but they completely reinvented themselves as a rock/pop metal group. A risk like that takes guts because KNetz prefer to stick with what they're used to in gg - cutesy, bubbly, girl crush concepts.
Also, I don't understand why people would say they're being mistreated by their company? I don't know much yet as I'm still learning about them but compared to how YG treats their idols or how Cube treats CLC, I think DC Company are doing okay.
@@NikkiGTA416 i mean they *were* SUPER underrated, you just have to look at their previous numbers (their first MVs haven't reach 10M views, which is absolutely not bad but not great either). They had an massive organic growth, you just have to compare numbers. If I recall correctly, they were the group with the biggest organic growth the past two years along with ATEEZ (which happens to be my other ult group lol)

Now their recent album has sold approx 120,000 and counting. That’s a big jump. They were also the first Kpop gg to successfully toured Europe, plus they had sold out concerts in South America and US. That’s quite an achievement for a group that is “underrated”.
