It should have been another title, considering the insane points totals we posted for 3-4 years, but he had the misfortune of being up against the financial doping of City ... Twice we just needed City to slip up in ONE game ... but twice they were relentless... unstoppable. In the end I'm MORE than happy with what Klopp achieved here ... winning every possible trophy available to him at least once was a perfect stat, and getting to 3 CL finals in 8 years is just incredible. He also got us to two games away from winning a quad! We played every single game we possibly could that year! Think about that ... A season that felt a let down at the time, but will be studied and admired for years to come.
