This refers to cognitive dissonance, this being when someone believes something against what they already believe, in this case being believing whether to kill or not to kill, Hence, if Whoopee had attack, and you either didn't or did, then did the opposite on Sansational. The name of this song would reflect that dissonance, as well as the dissonance throughout the neutral route of Undertale. P.S. Final Stretch and Burning in Hell were meant for each other.
