Still messing around with those pesky 5's. Playing 5's over a triplet pulse is addicting. Don't do it.
The "Metronome Set" series explores the use of a metronome to create new grooves. The goal is to flow in and out of different metrics, pulses, ostinatos, etc. based on the rhythms the metronome provides. The more creative the adventure - the stranger the beats. The entire series is comprised of single take improvisations.
