When you ladies start traveling there's a store called Fresh Market they have alot of Gluten Free foods. And another store called Grains and Things they're all Natural Food Store to check those 2 stores out!
Oh yes Fresh Market is great! We are not gluten free or vegetarian we just go because it’s good quality produce and we love their coffee! Little hard on the wallet but worth it!

Great video, Since I work in a liquor store and I love White Claws(mango is my favorite) might I make a comment. White claws don't have vodka in them they are made from carbonated water, sugar and natural fruit flavors they are also gluten free which means Allie can drink them. If you want to try something else that's good try the Truly Lemonade which also contains seltzer and is also 0 calories. I just don't know if you can get the Truly in Canada, we have them here in the states.😃👍
