Yes it is, after you restart, open the console and enter root mode (sudo su command, then enter your kali password.) Then execute the following 3 commands in this order - ifconfig wlan0 down iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor ifconfig wlan0 up then type iwconfig and it should be monitor
@@iepuroi thank you, but I have problem when I install it using apt install it didn't work, so I tried install that using old metod "git clone ..." and now when I start Kali I need this command to make it work "sudo modprobe rtl8188" and after this command I can put it in monitoring mode

This adapter has some issue even after installing correct driver. You must repeat the step 2/3 times.
