Also, it wasn't for four hours but a little more than TWO HOURS that the Court heard him. By HIGHNESS if you are referring to the Honourable Judge, you are wrong again!🤔🙏

Sai Deepak has done it, which gives him the courage of his convictions. Let others also go through the analytical process and be fully convinced of their beliefs, rather than blindly taking it as a hand-me-down, so that they can justify their views in any arguments.

      That's the worry.
I disagree that JSD is exposing government.
JSD is foremost exposing us, who belive without authentication.
By making this about government we stand a danger of diluting this self introspection which the book hopes to inspire.
At some places JSD has to bring up these things to make certain points , but he also inadvertantly brings in government and beureaucracy.
This cuts at the very root of the potent thought process this book contains in it.

India is the land of the Mahabharata (roughly seven to ten times the length of the Iliad and Odyssey combined or about four times the length of the Ramayana, and contains the Bhagvat Gita, a 700-verse scripture). How can anyone think that all the people of this land are docile and diminutive, when their greatest epic is itself about a conflict or battle, and their holiest of books is born on this very same battlefield! 🤔

Nyaya and Vaiseshika should be the base of Indian Legal Education at graduation. CK Raju's history of indian Science, Michel Danino's debunking of Aryan Invasion Theory, Sitaram Goel's version of Mughal history, Arun Shourie's exposure of Indian (eminent !) historians, eminence of Saraswati civilisation, Sai Deepak's book on coloniality present in Indian mind and institutions etc should all form part of Indian education processes. MBBS should include Ayurveda and Siddha etc. Yoga should be mandatory in school .Teaching of Indian Itihasa, Panchatantra etc should be mandatory in Schools

Ayurveda used to be a science passed on from guru to CAPABLE shishya. Unfortunately, in our macaulay education system, it's today taught to students based on marks scored in some exam with no regard to their suitability for the profession in terms of personal qualities, aptitude and attitudes. And then there are people who demand admission to these courses as their Right, regardless of aptitude. In the process, our colleges are churning out half-baked vaidyas, some of whom themselves have no faith in their own system! And some who only want to make money rather than improve community health. Many who studied ayurveda only because they didn't qualify for admission in MBBS course. Naturally, there's an inferiority complex, diffidence and failures that allopaths can score points on.

Yes therefore the focus of the message of this wonderful book and the genius thiughtprocess behind it should stay towards public, and only through public demand towards government.
Otherwise it loses its strength by becoming another political tool.

As Sai Deepak said to read more as we have internet. A big problem I am noticing is that if a young boy or girl wants to know about something on internet, Wikipedia is perceived as the most basic understanding of a word or idea. And When I look carefully in Wikipedia, it is on a different propaganda. Many new words and terms are being introduced daily in Wikipedia. Many articles are cut short recently. Many new things have been added.
Like I am born in a Rajput family and when I digged in Wikipedia to search about various Rajput clans and thier history and specially my clan, I found a very evil thing going on inside Wikipedia.
Three four years back in article of my clan's history there was many things written. And recently it got reduced to 3 4 lines paragraph. Also many new words in Rajput history is added like "Rajputization". They are saying everything like real rajputs , fake rajputs and all these things just with reference of some foreign historian whose reaserch will be easily discarded if scrutinized. But in fact noone cares to scrutinise their work and Wikipedia is introducing new things on their writings. It's frustrating to see all this going on.

Indian History in Brief: First there was a land of Dharmics living in peace. Then the Mughals came, destroyed temples, structures and attempted to destroy civilization but it didn't work. But they introduced Biryani in the cuisine. Then the British came, wiped out the Mughals and took over. They introduced the English Language, Bible and Toilet paper.
The British left, but the Brown Goras took over and attempted and still attempting very hard to spread English Language, Bible and Toilet Paper. Oh forgot, some of them attempted and still attempting some funny accent that is neither British nor American nor anything else.
But the English language, Christian school educated funny accent speaking Brown Goras latched on to the Nehru dynasty and got their share of benefits. Then One Italian came, on the pretext of being a wife of one member of the Nehru dynasty. She produced two kids, who turned out to be duds with great ambition and nothing else. This Italian hired one Mr. Singh to run parliament, part-time and to wash the dishes and clean the house part-time. And then one man from Gujarat came and he wiped out and still wiping out this old eco system and re-introduced dharmic style governance.
In the meanwhile the old echo system of funny accented Brown Goras, are running out of oxygen, intellectual capital and leadership, running out of avenues of corruption and illegal money making. Every week or the other, they will complain about their predicament and misery to Washington Post, New York Times, BBC and even Pakistan on some pretext or the other. But Bharat survives, will survive and will prosper in the coming decades. There is no turning back. Jai Hind

@@cannabisarkansas198 Thanks. My wish as a Hindu:
Only permanent solution to all of India's problems is declaring India a strong Vedanta philosophy/religion-based theological nation by 2025. Continuing"secular" will turn India into an Ixlamic nation by 2047 per J-hadi plan. Humanity would never forgive RSS and BJP if they don't use the last opportunity for Dharma to survive! They should learn what Krishna told Arjuna- fight (and not tolerate) Adharma.
Each Indian who does not want India to become an Islamic nation in 2047 should demand a Vedantic Hindu nation by 2025 including:
--Ban on verses of any "holy book" and criminalisation of persons or institutions that spread hatred (and hence, go against the Vedantic concept that everything is a singular consciousness) . This includes books that promote dangerous superstitions like " idol worshippers are murderable sinners", hierarchical nature of castes etc.
-- Pass a " Hindu atrocities prevention act " to safeguard hindus from sects who consider it their holy duty to murder idol worshippers
-- Compulsory inclusion of Vedanta as a subject in school curriculum
-- Removal of special privileges in constitution to any religious group irrespective of population share (only protection of minority rights should be retained)
-- Ban of "live beef" export, Heavy taxation of fish and meat products and heavy subsidy to plant-based fish and meat products
It's literally a do or die situation for Dharma. Let's resolve to DO! Time to build the most Dharmic nation ever in modern human history !

@@SJ-zo3lz agree on these points except for the plant based meat. Also beef is best left to states. Also illegal immigrants and people who internally support pakistan need to be removed from any government benefits and jobs...happy to see the gov doing this now. A population control bill which suggests gov support up till two kids is also essential.

@@cannabisarkansas198 Agree on the migrants' point and on population control. On plant-based meat, I assert my view. A dharmic nation should never allow (leave alone encourage!) such levels of Adharma on the weak including animals. The world is moving towards Veganism. High time we insisted on Dharmic goshalas and phased reduction in meat consumption.

Excellent Commentary. We in the Western Medicine are using Ayurvedic treatment quite regularly. Especially the Functional Medicine and Integrative Medicine practitioners. We are also teaching the residents about it. Proud of our ancient traditions. Indian Physicians have a chip on their shoulder. I think it shows their poor self esteem. One of these days they have to get on board with the wealth of knowledge of Ayurveda.

We (1949 born) are the products of having lived our lives in the syllabus of our formal education and are positioned in our sunset years.Formal knowledge as explained by you has been clouded with clouded coloniality .It is only now ,because of guys like you opening the doors to our own legacy ,we are spending a good amount of time to appraise ourselves with our legacy.Issue of formalising it for next generation is a humongous task.I would hazard a guess that it will take two to three generation to internalise this .Even NEP may not help much. Which orgs. are engaged in it? It would be worthwhile to invest our left out time to such orgs.
