i dont know if you already do this but here what a lot of cafes started doing was selling "make your own" cakes and stuff so basically you would ship the ingredients and they would make it themselves at home, their kits include everything already measured and packed , like for example in a make your own tart you can include the dough and they would just have to shape it just a thought to get more business, in case you are not doing this, they also started putting a lot of things outdoors idk if you have the space but a few chairs and tables outside could get more people to want to gather there, also plastic dividers within tables give a "sense" of protection, other thing is that you may want to reach out to a celebrity or someone that has a large following in Instagram and offer a partnership so that they post pictures in the cafe and get more peoples attention this is all i can think of atm

Hi, Jun. I enjoy watching your "cafe slave" videos. It's relaxing watching how you bake, make drinks and serve them to you customers. I am not a sweeet tooth especially drinks. I always order americano, either hot or ice, coz the rest of the drinks most cafe serve here are mostly too sweet for me. But when I watch those drinks you make, it makes me want to try those. They look so fresh, refreshing and yummy. And those cakes and pies you bake, they look so damn good and I always craving for them. Hopefully, I can visit Korea and visit your cafe. Finger crossed.
