- Here is a promotional video for my new, updated Alfred. He's to scale and will be featured in my Director's Cut of the Dark Times trilogy.
I do not own the Alfred Hitchcock theme (Funeral March for a Marionette.) It is used for solely entertainment and nothing else.
Even after all this time, I STILL haven't been able to find this version of Funeral March of a Marionette-

I've been looking all over for your Dark Times episodes. It's taken me forever. I always cry when I see the pictures of the engines. And I like how you use the Harry Potter music in it. I love your videos :)
@22Tesla Alfred is 98462, an engine that appeared briefly without any lines in the Railway Series. The Rev. W. Awdry explained that he was sent away for being rude. Skarloey123 decided to expand upon what Awdry said and develop 98462 into a full-out character Hellbent on revenge. Thus, Alfred was born.
Alfred is probably the only fan character I would love to see in actual Thomas material.
Sure the Big Engines can be assholes, but their usually redeemable to some regard.
Alfred meanwhile is irredeemable in very aspect of his character, someone who’s truly evil at his core…
This is awesome, Rich! I think that you shouldn't get rid of Alfred V1/2, rather turn him into 98462, as he seems more Dalby style if you really think about it..

Personally,I like the other theme. I found where the theme came from,and I got the full version of it.
Alfred ... is a Monster! He is, without a doubt, the most evil character in the Thomas and Friends franchise. More evil than any diesel, troublesome truck, or off-rail character put together. BTW, which version of the Alfred Hitchcock theme is this?

:D 9 months and this video still warms my heart. :P I looked in a mirror and I discovered my face sorta looks like Alfred :O
A very nice model, Skarloey123. A truly fine work for such a villainous machine. I do look forward to seeing it get meet it's richly deserved fate.
A few questions though:
1. How did you go about making the face? It looks so much like the originals, yet I know no engine in the old series that ever looked like that.
2. Why a B12? I'm not criticizing the choice, but it does look really old-fashioned compared to the Fat Controller's other engines.

Actually, you would need an Emily’s tender, take an older Gordon model. Remove its face and add a printed face or make a custom face

Your skills have improved so much since this Alfred V1 and Alfred V2 were made.I imagine even this Alfred V2 might need to be replaced by an Alfred V3; just to keep up with the quality of your recent Trainz 2009 models :) I imagine your remastered Dark Times is bound to use the 2009 models and inevitably you are working on a new Alfred as we speak :)

This is fantastic, you should make regular B12's. Looks far better than Paulz trains one. I know it isn't accurate. But GE blue would look stunning on Alfred.

I would personally use Molly. But look for one in beat up condition since Molly is rare now.
98642 didn't arrive on Sodor as Alfred, and he wasn't built by the LNER. They bought him and gave him that name and their livery some time after he was kicked off Sodor, that's according to 1 story. Personally I like to think of 98642 and Alfred as 2 totally different engines.
Well, did you have to tell us that we are stupid because they are not different engines. They’re the exact same engine Alfred is a B 12 class 98462 is a B12 class. Another thing that you did not have to tell me that I’m dumb NWR origins has the real origin. NWR origins was created by TH-camr::::1thomas2edward3henry
That when you will know the truth of Alfred/98462 cause 98462 is Alfred’s original number the thing is he just wanted to be number three instead of Henry because he always breaks down and stuff however Alfred and 87546. We’re both rude engines, including this one engine who is red. His name is Alled greedy because on his railway he always fills up on too much coal that’s when they gave him my name Alfred was named after Alfred the great 87546 is right now named crovan, who is actually not rude anymore when are used to be he’s actually a private engine who takes the government of soul or everywhere on the railway

@22Tesla Edward's Day Out. He's actually never mentioned by name. His number was revealed by the Reverend when a boy wrote him a letter asking who the other two blue engines in the shed with Edward, Gordon and Henry were. I'm always forgetting the other engine's number, but he was sent away with 98462 for being spiteful.

Actually, you would need an Molly's tender take in older Gordon model. Remove his face, and add a cut the face off or make a custom face/

No, the B12/3's were LNER machines from the post 1923 era. So they were always LNER green, NE black and BR black.

@kfsryakunt09 Dude, that's COMMON KNOWLEDGE. You did NOT need to point that out. Besides, this is a NEW Alfred model to scale with a real B12's measurements, and is not released on the site. It will, however, be used for Sodor Dark Times: Reloaded.
