The main thing i want as a RTTS player want is just more freedom within our careers. Ever since they rolled out MLB 19 it feels like every single career is the same just with a different jersey each year, in spite of the archetypes. This could just be the nostalgia talking but I think MLB 13 gave the player enough freedom to not get bored but also not too much freedom to annoy the people who want a realistic career.
The fact that the news release did not mention The Show '25 being a current gen exclusive is quite troubling. Nothing listed for the upcoming game will mean a hill of beans if it looks no different graphically than what we've been seeing for the last 5 years. A significant number of people are still playing games on previous gen consoles. I am one of them. However I don't want to see another The Show game get held back graphically just so it can be played on both previous gen and current gen hardware. The time has come for The Show to move on from previous gen. Indeed selling the game on multiple platforms allows for more profit to be made however the focus should be on releasing a game that looks drastically different from what we have been accustomed to seeing. If previous gen sales of '24 were good its's likely '25 will be made to be compatible with previous gen hardware. I'm afraid that The Show is not going to abandon previous gen until it stops being a profitable option.
Yo they should do like nba 2k like fields that come with the game that’s different like black clay gold clay but not like custom fields and also add your rtts character to franchise mode

@anzalone138 I don't play Diamond Dynasty or road to the show to me it's a pain in the butt and it's too aggravating I play franchise mode so I hope they do some kind of improvement

yes, the MLB The Show 25 logo is very similar to the MLB The Show 17 logo. The Show 17 logo is a little shiny. That's the only difference.
