    I do other workouts and immediately regret doing them because KayKay makes a 45 min workout feel like 30 min. With others I try I’ll look at the clock which feels like I’ve been working out for 30 min only to see it’s been 15 or 20 min! Lol, thank you Kay Kay, I try to spread the word, but my friends don’t workout like I have most of my life. Oh! Thanks for giving love to my back today! 🫶🏻

    This was amazing 🎉and such a burner!!!! I was jumping with 17.5 pounds! The plank commando sprinter hops were challenging. I did the bird dog plank with my knees up didn’t realize until the end I could put my knee down on the floor laugh out loud.

    Omg!! My girl Kay loooves lunges!!! Not gonna lie I hate lunges coz I just I'm always so uncomfortable lunging. But I pushed and pushed and my bad form worked itself out and I enjoyed it to the end!!! Thank you so much!!!

    Superb workout. Love the new moves, specially the towel pull laying on the floor. With all those back bends, i know i’ll feel it tomorrow morning 😂

      Yeah, I also enjoyed the band pull and the other back exercises.
      I hardly ever move my body like that. Felt great!

    Man I love your workouts so much!! They’re my favorite and really make me feel accomplished and strong!! 💪🏼
    The one and only thing that I have a bit of constructive criticism over is the time of your workouts. When labeled 30 mins it’s really 40-45 mins, when labeled 45 mins it’s really 55 mins.. and that 10-15 min difference is huge when you’re squeezing a workout in before work or something. Just something to maybe keep in mind when naming the time for your workouts. Would also love to see actual 30 minute workouts from you too! ☺️

    OMG now one of my top 3 favorites of yours! Heart pumping mix of strength, ab work and HIIT. Length was perfect and I can use this also as a 30-minute session. The finisher for abs/back is fabulous for my scoliosis (what I’m told) and all my computer work. I did rest 1/2 of the last burbee move😂. TY!

    Unilateral movements with weights point our our imbalances quite nicely. some great combos here. Always fresh, always a pleasant, challenging, sweaty workout and yes time FLIES..... thanks KayKay for all you do!

    This was a great format thanks Kaykay. I especially liked pretending to be Superwomen and really engaged core before doing any of those moves on the floor and my glutes were sore from weights yesterday so this was really nice to get the blood flowing. I had sweat dripping in my eye 💪🏼❤️‍🔥 last Burpee cross was a killer ha ha 🙏🏻

    Your physique reminds me of a bad ass superhero. Seriously. Your videos popped up on my feed, and I'm like, i want that look, too! You're brutal and you sweat with us. And yeyou'reur a machine.     Holy sweat! Kay, you delivered. This required more coordination than I have this morning. I did the best I could and look forward to more of these workouts. ❤The plyo exercises were the toughest for me.

    This kicked my butt. I had to modify a fair few moves but I am so pleased with how my stamina has improved and can't see how much more it improved by the end of December.

    I’m dead and energized at the same time 😅 That’s wonderful 🥰 Survived it with 9kg dumbbell (don’t have 8 and couldn’t allow less😂). All these new moves are so cool 🤩 Loved all the twists at the beginning, and this finisher is amazing 🤩 And yes, not that easy, but I enjoyed that burn so much! 🔥 Thank you for this great workout and your endless creativity! ❤️ For making us enjoy becoming stronger every single day 🥰
