Katrina Hanse-Himarwa, former governor of the Hardap Region, Swapo Party member, and former Minister of Education, died at the age of 57 on the morning of Sunday, July 14th, after battling cancer.
Numerous condolences have been pouring in since her passing. Ambassador Margaret Mensah Williams, Ambassador of Namibia to the United States of America and a close friend of the late who also shared a political vision, remembers Hanse-Himarwa.
