    Can you do a video on what protected and unprotected batteries mean and when to use them and when not to use them? Etc.? I can look it up I guess but I would like your explanation if possible. Thanks.

    Just ordered my FC11 with a Nichia 519A emitter today, with a 18650 battery for only $18.80! What an insane deal!

    Bought one and it was a buttery tint or dirty white on a white wall and I think that was the5000k version, less throw than my 700 lumen torch, sharp edges on the head etc etc Only torch I have ever returned. Got the SC32 in 6500k and that's fine & nice so ordered the cheaper SC!8 also in 6500k and that should be similar. Really didn't like that Samsung emitter though it's not to bad in my Sofirn SP10V3 so I will keep one but it's definitely off my favourite emitter list.

    Sounds like a great light for "enthusiasts" or casual users wanteing to save money. the only thing I think casual ussers should know is ...if these lights run a under 5000k yoou won't get the rated lumens. ...my "non--enthu understanding". As another YT reviewer mentioned when comparing the recently introduced Olight B3 Pro Max to the Pro. He said (I assume reading specs on the box or manual) that if you order a CW or NW (5k) the lumens lumers are the same....it's when you opt for the 4k WW (warm white) version of the Pro Max do you lose lumens for a "more pleasing tint"...
    Knowing this....I might not get the Pro Max B3 ...and wait and see what they do for the W3s' next version which I'm assuming should be announced "soon"? :) Wil it be called the "W3s Max"? :)

    Are you able to interchange the clips? Have the double sided clip on the FC11?

    Nice review. It looks to be about as small as an 18650 flashlight might get. Still a little big for EDC, but the 18350 may fix that. Does it come with the 18350 tube like some Sofirn models do? Sofirn also sells that tube separately.

    • @maxlvledc
      @maxlvledc ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it can get smaller for sure..I think the Baton S2R2 is still way shorter.

      I bought the Sofrin SP40 headlamp & it came with the short tube. I use it on the FC12 & it makes for a mini thrower, slightly longer than a Baton 3 pro. I have an FC11 due in tomorrow & I'll check the short tube on it. I believe they have the same type threads.
