I just try a fitbit charge 4 that is very cheap compared to the apple watch and the sleeping track function is much more useful because it gives you blood oxigen while sleeping, records light sleep, deep sleep and rem and also gives you a score for your sleep quality. Hope they work more on that with the apple watch

I don't know anyone wears a watch to bed. Tried few times but found it annoying. For running and cardio apple watch is very useful , but for heavy weight lifting some times i accidentally bang it against the bars. Besides that i always wear my apple watch
