风扇的功能本来就不是降温空气的，而是帮蒸发身上的汗来凉皮肤的。吹过冰的风确实是较冷些。

我在风扇旁边放一个透明盒子(没盖)，里面装一半的水。水里可滴风油或香油。
因风力大，可抽其中的水气，也就没了热风的问题。但要不定时的补水。
