Regarding the mouse wrist pad, I would love to say one thing that I always prefer using mouse pad with wrist support. I use it from the 1st day, it has a wrist pad which gives a cushiony support to my wrist and keep my wrist in a comfortable position!!
Regarding the use of mouse for long hours, then yes, it does have serious issues. I worked for extended hours for my thesis for a period of 1.5 months using both mouse and keyboard, and my hands at the wrist and the elbow started to feel pinching and numbness. I had to take medical consultation for it.

@@aditya21210 okay hear me out. if you're able afford a PS4 (an otherwise useless device, just for gaming) and a Macbook (which aren't very cheap). I will honestly recommend you to just sell your PS4 and laptop and get a new gaming laptop. that way you get better graphics in a single device. I personally prefer a single device, hence I got an external monitor for my gaming laptop and I am not too interested in MacOS so I need only one device. and trust me, having one great device is so much better than having multiple mediocre devices
