    4.1 is the best stroke on this machine for me, I can do 49mag blackwork to 3rl fine line it's crazy

    From my understanding, the M modes virtually changes the power of the motor, softest mode m-3 is 1watt motor up to m2 is 12watt motor according to the chart on their instagram.
    Sounds like having 6 different motor strengths, 6 cam options, so basically 36 machines, in one.
    Multiple grip and weight options.
    I agree, it feels like its alot of money for just one machine, but it's like buying a supercar, if you can afford it, why the hell not lol.
    What color is your bugatti 😂

    M is the torque of the machine I believe. This is without a doubt the best one I’ve ever used.

    I’ve had the Acus for about a month. My favorite setup is 4.5 cam, with m+2 between 85-95 hertz. This is literally the best machine I’ve ever used. Reminds me of a rotary/ coil hybrid.
    The m+ setting let you adjust how hard the needs hits on each stroke. The machine speed more or less allows for more “machine bog”.

      I feel like this machine hits way too soft… I’m having a hard time packing in color at 4.1stroke on M2 90hrz.

    • @ShadowCasterTattoo
      @ShadowCasterTattoo 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Camera728 have you tried setting it to -1 or -2? I believe I’m around 94hertz -2 for my color packing. It drastically changes how the motor works and lets me color pack with less trauma.

      @@ShadowCasterTattoo hey brother, I haven’t tried anything under 0 as I thought it was meant to hit softer? I will test -1, -2 on my next tattoo. I have a fast hand speed, and I’m slowing down as I’m packing with the M1, but it still comes out patchy.

    • @ShadowCasterTattoo
      @ShadowCasterTattoo 24 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@Camera728 I did the same because I was used to machine pens with zero give. I use 4.5 +1 +2 for lining. -2 for color/ black and -1 for shading. Give or take depending on the skin. But yeah, I had to chill and slow down, but when I do it’s almost like using a sharpie lol. Typically, easy single pass

    Kia ora e Tuakana.
    The cam is your problem being at 3mm so try the 4.5mm cam and if you wanna line... try th 5mm Cam...beill need to buy that one! BUT you got three machines in one.

    Would you recommend this machine or wand shader? Have a sol nova unlimited 4.0 for lining

  • @JOKE485
    @JOKE485 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Also, the hz is more accurate than volts. The motor is also better adjusted. On other machines the strokes create different distances on their power. So 3cam on 8 volts will go faster than 5cam on 8 volts because the travel
    Distance is longer between 3 and 5. With the acus the travel distance is the same. The motor spins faster on larger cams. 1hz is 1 hz. Be it 3 cam 4.1 or 5. U keep your hand speed. You keep your hand pressure. Whatever needle, whatever cam. Just learn to use it. U can push a 14 RL on the 4.1 cam with +m2 or use a 5cam with m0. Same speed. Same strength. Same hz. And 1.2k expensive? Chris? Bishops is 1.5k. For 1 cam. Cheyennes is also 1.2k. Get used to your cam so u don’t need to change cam. U can do smooth b&g with the 4.5 cam and fine line just by adjusting the torque. And fat like pack crazy black by increasing it. I own 2. Just 1 as a back up.

    Literally the EZ PRO 3 Turbo is $250 and its way way better machine than this machine believe it or not . I have this Machine and the Flux Max both are always in a drawer , incredibly 1k machines with many gadgets but don’t perform better than a $250 China made machine

    • @paulpearson6688
      @paulpearson6688 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I had never seen this EZ PRO turbo machine, until now. Love that it can be taken apart also and cleaned properly, one feature that I love about the M1. Love the adjustable stroke of the EZ too, but one thing about the M1 is being able to adjust the wattage of the motor, that is the best part to me. I will have to give this EZ PRO turbo a shot though. Not much on the looks of it, but who cares if it performs well.

    • @dominickwilkes2662
      @dominickwilkes2662 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      False! I have both machines, and the turbo is inconsistent. Don’t get me wrong I love it but it’s not even a fair fight vs the M1. When you put the turbo on 5.0 it bust through membranes back to back not to mention how far you have to hang the needle out to tattoo. Long story short it’s not a crazy versatile machine but lining and some black fill color packing comes out patchy and I’ve tried it on multiple settings, but to each their own I always us the M1
