Working with animals is all I want to do. I used to help out on my grandfather’s dairy farm a lot, when I was younger. I had to help muck out all of their areas, so if I can deal with cow poo on a large scale, I’m pretty sure that I can deal with any other poo. Plus, I’m a registered nurse, so I have cleaned up plenty of poo there too!! Only thing is, I live in Australia, but would happily move! I have been wanting a life change and as much as I enjoy looking after sick people, I would rather look after animals all day. And I’m serious about all of that Mickey. I want a job where I am surrounded by animals. I don’t mind what the tasks are. 😘😀

I did it & it worked out great & I'm very proud of her. We only had her from age 11 to 17 but it was all she needed to make a great life for herself. I may do it again. Hi, I'm so glad your back, use to watch you and Ligaya all the time!! Your great, and soo sweet with her, makes me smile, I'm like that with my bird "Jake", he didn't feel good yesterday(could tell my constant naps and didn't even want a treat!) So took him to the vet. Immediately and jhe has psittacosis! So scarey, he's on antibiotics and antifungal and today he is at least eating but very quiet, not made a sound, so prays plzz. Since I went immediately to vet., he says don't worry but I'm a bird mom, I'm worried and scared, also relieved that he showed that he wasn't good, caught it early! Thanx again, still haven't a clue how he could have caught this??

Man I am looking forward to video logs of your future animal rooms.Especially looking forward to those massive fish tanks you mentioned as well as Ligaya's aviary.If ever you should build an "Amazon River Monsters" aquarium,I highly suggest keeping an Oscar Cichlid or two as they are a cool,intelligent and interactive fish who can recognize their owners and even form a bond with them.They're what you call a "Wet Pet".I am in the process of transitioning to a bigger tank and an Oscar Cichlid is going to be the showcase fish for a tank that I plan to have built.I currently have one small juvenile growing out in my 30 gallon along with a Gold Spot Pleco and a Striped Raphael Catfish.All three of them will be moving into the future bigger tank of around 140 or 150 gallons.
I volunteer not be be bitten by anything or touching roaches but I can train dogs. I can babysit.... I now love most insects. That spider, no... but other animals I volunteer to assist with. Not really a edit but an add on. I ❤️ Ligaya. She’s not spoiled she’s special and deserving. Ligaya owns the 🏡!

Yes!!! When I retire from teaching Biology, Environmental Science, Marine Science & Anatomy you need to hire me! I have experience with birds, reptiles, and aquaria! Plus I spent my early childhood in the Philippines. Sadly retirement 5-7 years from now... but maybe you'll need me more by then! Do you think I could get a permit for a Dumeril Boa? 🤣 At least for now Ligaya will need a sleeping cage so she doesn't fall from tree height. Her current cage is also good for her to have a "home base" for comfort and retreat as she adjusts... plus if she's hanging out with you all around the house. It's mostly what she's really known in her short life and will need time to adjust. Love you guys and the videos. Wish me a good 2nd week with my students. I have a shipment of echinoderms and other saltwater invertebrates hopefully arriving this week... AND 3 baby (unsexed Anoles). My students already are loving my 2 turtles (sliders I've had in a huge river tank for 15 years); my rescued Dumeril Boa, a freshwater tank with platys & pleco, and my saltwater tank with osilaris clowns, skunk shrimp, brittle star, and a couple of tiny hermit crabs.
Besides.... Wouldn't you and RJ love to join the Apple Project with the farm? Maybe you will eventually want an educational consultant to eventually allow small groups of children to visit.... or even take some of the animals to visit schools. Think about it. 😎😍🤔😉
