Some more introspection! Observing limiting self beliefs and the invalidity of comparing myself to others. Appreciating how far i have come and discussing the difficulties of plateaus.
This is the good stuff. The stuff not talked about and that I think people struggle with on their own. You are doing a great job. Thank you for sharing. You are young and have a lot of years ahead. You need to be intrinsically motivated and happy with what you are doing. I think our conditioning to be setting goals and making leaps of progress each day is what cuts people off from what their horses are r or turn ing and what overwhelms them and breaks them mentally , physically and emotionally.
