1 egg (white into yolk)
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 packet of baking powder

Preparation of;
Mix all the ingredients except the flour and gradually add the flour. After it reaches a soft consistency that does not stick to the hand, we shape it into balls slightly larger than hazelnuts and arrange them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
