Yes it does. But i also took the boonrip on shatter trait as well, so each of my shatters could boonstrip every boon applied. Ty!

In term of pure DPS, cvirt or pvirt which one does more damage if they dont take anything but utility with full dps?

I am not 100% on this, but am pretty sure it would be power virt. This is due to the fact that the boss has lower than average armor and night sigils being able to be used. cVirts are very important for their ability to cleave tankier adds though. Example: the 3 giants at zhiathan. Also on cVirt you have focus4 which helps with add control and swiftness.

The game experience does not facilitate players getting into this content. You can reach level cap and play through through the story of all expansions and seasons having never made a friend. It's not like oldschool WoW where levelling was hard and there was no megaserver or LFG, so you were incentivized to make friends, who you would then raid with.
WoW was also a game about gear treadmill. Even if you didn't like raiding, you are incentivized to at least participate in it somewhat (be it LFR or normal PUGs) so you can get better gear to more efficiently complete other content in the game. There is no gear treadmill in GW2. Once you hit level 80 you just buy a set of exotics off of the auction house and you are set. Legendary armor from raids give a miniscule stat boost you don't need, and strike CMs don't even give that. So most people juat aren't going to touch them.
