First of all thanks for this service but I cannot not comment about the Apostles creed. Jesus never went down to hell when he was dead. After 3 days He went up to heaven only. Then He appeared to the Apostles. Please pray for us because we are combating cancer. Keep up the good work.

The word "hell" was used in that sense a long time ago, but now means where the damned go. We were taught as children that Jesus "descended into" the realm where the righteous were waiting, to let them know that their waiting for heaven to be opened was over, and when He "ascended into heaven," He took those souls with Him into paradise.
