Hi Boss..I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 my issue is when I keep the AC cool (18 Degrees Celsius) after a while I feel that the blower is not strong enough or like it's clogged. I checked the condenser and blower and they are both clean and fine. A while back like around 2 weeks before this issue. I was checking the refrigerant level and it seems fine.
I was advised that the sensor behind the condenser needed changing but in order to do that I need to remove the whole dash! From your professional point of view, is this the correct issue and could it be done without the removing of the whole dash? Thanks again!

Hi Yousif, I'm no professional so I can't tell you in this case. What I would do to make sure if it is the sensor or not is as follow. That sensor is connected somewhere you can access easily. I would buy a new one, unplug the old one and connect the new one. Run the cable with the sensor inside the cabin through the door and I would stick it into the air vent. That way I see if the new sensor solves the problem, means the old one need to be changed. Quick and cheap test rather than taking the whole dash apart to find out the problem is somewhere else.

I believe I added on ounce. Two years later the compressor seized. I replaced the compressor, see video, and so far two years running strong.
