I have adjusted the volume on the 'roundups' since this video so hopefully you can hear me better on the later videos but I'll try to make them i bit louder in future. 😀

great video, just great to be outside fresh air exercise and maybe a little gem of a find ,good for the head, your enjoying it thats the main thing on a nice stretch of coastline enjoy

Exactly right Sam!, I love being out on the beach and the mental health benefits are enormous.....the finds are just the icing on the cake. Thanks for watching
