    Thank you for this method I am Moroccan I live in Canada I want to eat tangia cooked on charcoal not in press cooker, thank you you make it easy for me I had to find this Mexican pot first hope find it in Montreal
    Please tell me if I had to do something with new clay pot before cooking on fire

      Soak the clay pot in water for few hours before using it…and good luck with your tangia 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
