You can grow a lot of sugarcane easily, but it’s a HUGE pain to harvest, especially in large quantities. You’d either have to pay hired workers to harvest it or pay for commercial machinery if you want to produce enough juice to make a real profit.

Not really correct regarding the sugarcane juice business. For selling to the sugar mill you are correct. But my point in this video is when you sell the stalks as cane juice the profit goes through the roof. Well worth the labor when you grow and sell sugarcane as juice.

I agree with you. I plant sugar cane in the empty area around my house and sell to sugar cane juice vendor. We share profit 40:60

But problem with USA, labor cost will be really high

It is more but think about it.if a USA labor costs $15 an hour and one person can cut 100 stalks an hour which retail $24 worth of juice per stalk. His labor is easily paid for. It is all relative. And even in the USA can be highly profitable

Please turn down the background music. It got harder to hear you with machine, music and your soft voice. Otherwise informative, thanks.

In India, we don’t peel sugarcane? Why peel?

How do you even sell it? A stand? I don't own a restaurant lol. It is guilt free because its healthy, but don't go drinking this like kale juice. It's high in sugar so you might run into some fattening problems. It's still pretty healthy tho. I would do this with sorghum its a little less productive but I live in PA.

Yeah if you turn it into rum it's very profitable.
