I love Shangy! Don’t get me wrong here, I’ve fallen in love with her with All Stars! She came off in season 3 as entitled because of winning California EOY just prior. I feel if Shangy stayed only within the RU girl realm, she wouldn’t have made it in mainstream!? She’s worth and deserving of all opportunities she’s gotten, has won outside of reality TV, she’s won in life and beyond!and has made her even BETTER! She has more validation behind her name as an on screen queen! So proud of her and her growth and accomplishments!

She has changed, and hopefully will snatch the crown for AS6. Violet may have won the crown during s7 but ginger has been traveling for 2 years straight doing gigs abroad after her season b4 being called to do AS2 thus She wasn't ready and didn't have much materials to wear, and was in a bad place coz her family member died during As2.
All of the polls I have seen have Rosé in the lead to win, but I agree it’s really between Symoné and Gotmik. Both of them are the future of drag to me, and both have so much room to evolve.

Loool, no, they planned on giving Shangela the crown, but their twists to make things more dramatic backfired on them, after Dela doing better than they thought she would. Just look at the challenges- talent show, rusical (and the way the parts are not written equally), improv acting challenge, snatch game, the necessary ball (she had to have learned to sew for her third appearance right?), girl group performance, acting challenge. Only one of those isn't directly up her alley, it's so extremely acting/performance heavy, and that's what she does. And the comeback episode is the one directly after the ball, so even if she bombed that so hard they couldn't save her from the bottom, it'd be more likely she'd be the one brought back, since last out is usually favored by the girls to return. Every All Stars is designed for a specific queen to win, they always have someone they plan on giving the crown to going in, Chad, Alaska, Manila or Trinity, Shae, Eureka (but not so heavy anymore after AS5 responses), and they planned on crowning Shangela too. It just didn't work out like production had planned. Shangela was too in her Game of Thrones fantasy she forgot the others were people, not pawns. But like Daenerys, her own actions and treatment of people were her downfall- she really did predict the ending of the show and didn't even know it.
Shangela truly is the queen of the people! She did a college tour and at my school, she did a free meet and greet after the show! Meeting her was still one of the most surreal moments of my life, and she will forever be one of my favorite Ru Girls!
Manila mentioned on an episode of the chop she was in quarantine in UK for a reality competition... there is good odds. BUT very interesting to see what WOW would do with that info drop if she is on....
I would also add Rosé to season 13, she has killed the competition but I don't think she will win even to i would love that for her. She has done great in EVERY challenge, she was just close to the bottom on the makeover challenge and it was because of Tina, then she has won 3 challenges, she can construct garments, she can dance, sing, act, do more than one character lol, she was on top for her phenomenon performance, the rupaulmark channel, the ball, she should have been top for the disco challenge the improv, she won the musical, she did great on snatch game, the makeover, she won the commercials challenge, did great on the roast, and won the last acting challenge, she has killed the competition, but because the stroyline hasn't focused on her and mostly on the other three, I don't think she would win, but who knows?, but if she doesn't i would count her as crownless queen.

Haha you were right that s3 would end up terrible at least. I think Vivienne won because of the final lip sync, and the final performance too. Divina undoubtedly was more technically impressive, but Vivienne seemed to give more passion and truly gave her all. With Lawrence, I think she was just so charismatic and Ru really did have a soft spot for her. Plus we got our first big girl winner (apart from Thailand) which I think was also a factor. Both winners at least made some sense, but I feel like with uks3 ru just decided to eliminate fan favorites one after another

And i guess that bad feeling was right, this was hands down Victoria’s season to win and it shows with how they was editing her in only 2 episodes.
I actually like this idea - the honorary crown. It should be awarded much like honorary degrees are. If a queen didn't win her season(s), but goes above and beyond in the industry or in humanitarian work, then Ru should grant an honorary crown for that queen's achievements and efforts as the queen is ultimately bringing the franchise a lot of recognition through her successes as well. It might come with a small cash prize too, but not the big 100K of course. --Shangela would easily get this for her hard work in the industry: music, film, TV. --Peppermint would get this for her hard work, theatre success, and her humanitarian efforts for trans people. --Brooke might get this for helping to successfully launch Drag Race Canada. --Latrice might get one for her charity work, her extremely successful one-woman show, her successful marketing career, her theatre successes, her efforts for marriage equality, and also her advocacy for felon's rights. --I could see this in Bimini's future (should she not get on/win an all-stars season) because I think she's going to make waves in the fashion world and also for non-binary people. Feel free to comment about other possible honorary crowned queens.

I'd add Miz Cracker to the 11th place. She went home in S10 when kameron had lipsynced so much and she had the most points of the AS5 queens. Also Kim Chi, Scarlet Bobo, Jimbo, Lemon, Peppermint, Brooke Lynn, and THE ABSOLUTE LEGEND DJ Nina Flowers.
The jury idea could have worked, IF the queens had been told from episode one that that would be the situation and they got to see the challenges and runways after getting eliminated so they could know how each queen did, Survivor style. WoW wanted it to be a gag so they kept it to the finale and that’s why it flopped. Then again, that might make the queens not want to participate in drama throughout the season to keep everyone on their good side but then again then again, then they just shouldn’t have voting at all. The All Stars format is just cracked either way and they should do it like regular seasons.
It makes sense that a lot of these girls were on two seasons but the only other queen i could think of being on this list is brook lynn hytes. Her judging gig on Canadas drag race is crazy impressive considering she doesnt have a crown

My personal 10, U.S. seasons only: Ben De La Creme, Manila Luzon, Shangela, Eureka!, Naomi Smalls, Kim Chi, Gigi Goode, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Brooke Lynn Hytes, and Detox.
It tells you a lot about Season 6 that Bianca is frequently in Top 2 lists of best winners, Courtney Act and Adore were honorable mentions, and Bendelacreme is on the main list. Simply a strong, solid season. Even Milk and Gia Gunn held out for two episodes before going home on their third episodes of All Stars, and folks still feel Gia vs. Naomi during the Lalaparuza lip syncs was a tie, at minimum.
I do think they shouldn't have Americans on the international All Stars... Y'all have your own show already, and we all know successful, well-paid American All-Stars alumni have a massive resource advantage over queens from international seasons who had only been on one season prior. But if Americans are gonna be there, I don't think the season should be rigged against them. EDIT: I'm willing to bet we'll see a Ginger win on AS6. Rumors have been going around that WOW wants a big girl winner. They *might* try to force Eureka down our throats again, but I think they're more likely to give her a villain edit, given.......just given
I think it's fine to have the US queens on there... I'm in the UK, so to me the US queens are international queens. The only reason it seems weird to folks is because there's already and All Stars comp there, but UK and Thailand have only had 2 seasons, Holland/Canada only 1 to date, I'm sure once they've all had enough regular seasons to fill a decent All Star cast then we'll get our own ones of those too.
I am truly torn as to the winner of S13.....Rose seems like an obvious choice, but she hasn't really had many standout moments or growth, she's just always been good......Symone is amazing but she's been in the bottom twice which usually denies them the crown....Gotmik is very interesting, but I feel like her win would stir up a LOT of controversy, which the show would prefer to avoid, in my eyes...

Raven definitely doesn’t make the most money especially compared to queens like Trixie and Bianca haha. But also a bit surprised to not see Gigi Goode here based on track record alone

I'd add Miz Cracker to the 11th place. She went home in S10 when kameron had lipsynced so much and she had the most points of the AS5 queens.
Also Kim Chi, Scarlet Bobo, Jimbo, Lemon, Peppermint, Brooke Lynn, and THE ABSOLUTE LEGEND DJ Nina Flowers.
The jury idea could have worked, IF the queens had been told from episode one that that would be the situation and they got to see the challenges and runways after getting eliminated so they could know how each queen did, Survivor style. WoW wanted it to be a gag so they kept it to the finale and that’s why it flopped.
Then again, that might make the queens not want to participate in drama throughout the season to keep everyone on their good side but then again then again, then they just shouldn’t have voting at all. The All Stars format is just cracked either way and they should do it like regular seasons.

My personal 10, U.S. seasons only: Ben De La Creme, Manila Luzon, Shangela, Eureka!, Naomi Smalls, Kim Chi, Gigi Goode, Silky Nutmeg Ganache, Brooke Lynn Hytes, and Detox.
I was not inpressed by Bimini in the first episode, but she became my favorite by the end. Manila and Shangela are my top 2 crownless queens.
I literally watched that Christmas special yesterday!
It tells you a lot about Season 6 that Bianca is frequently in Top 2 lists of best winners, Courtney Act and Adore were honorable mentions, and Bendelacreme is on the main list. Simply a strong, solid season. Even Milk and Gia Gunn held out for two episodes before going home on their third episodes of All Stars, and folks still feel Gia vs. Naomi during the Lalaparuza lip syncs was a tie, at minimum.

I do think they shouldn't have Americans on the international All Stars... Y'all have your own show already, and we all know successful, well-paid American All-Stars alumni have a massive resource advantage over queens from international seasons who had only been on one season prior.
But if Americans are gonna be there, I don't think the season should be rigged against them.
EDIT: I'm willing to bet we'll see a Ginger win on AS6. Rumors have been going around that WOW wants a big girl winner. They *might* try to force Eureka down our throats again, but I think they're more likely to give her a villain edit, given.......just given
I think it's fine to have the US queens on there... I'm in the UK, so to me the US queens are international queens. The only reason it seems weird to folks is because there's already and All Stars comp there, but UK and Thailand have only had 2 seasons, Holland/Canada only 1 to date, I'm sure once they've all had enough regular seasons to fill a decent All Star cast then we'll get our own ones of those too.

I am truly torn as to the winner of S13.....Rose seems like an obvious choice, but she hasn't really had many standout moments or growth, she's just always been good......Symone is amazing but she's been in the bottom twice which usually denies them the crown....Gotmik is very interesting, but I feel like her win would stir up a LOT of controversy, which the show would prefer to avoid, in my eyes...
