I remember when I gave my life to Christ. On my bedroom floor repenting crying and declaring that Jesus was my Lord and Savior. There was no better feeling than that. As we get older life gets harder. I was 16 at the time now I’m 24. Lord take me back to a place where I had a fire for you. This song really spoke to me guys. Zero oh my goodness I did the same thing when I came back to the Lord I was on the floor beside my bed or panting and crying out after 13 years of not believing in him it was the most amazing feeling the burdens are lifted off are probably similar to the way you felt there's nothing to describe how beautiful that feeling is and for him to speak to you so clearly and yeah I still have a lot of prayer time in that specific spot and it's always pretty special so that's pretty awesome that you went through it similarly

Wow! This song speaks to my oldest son who fell away from the Lord. As a mother, I have been praying and fasting for many years for him. Matthew is now back at home coming to church with us. I am writing this with tears streaming down my face as I hear words that I was feeling but did not know how to express. In 2007 I went completely blind and that's when God 1st brought heaven into my heart. When I say "I once was blind but now I see" I'm not quoting scripture or singing a song, I'm giving a testimony. Now, the storm has risen again, on 11/15/19 I was in a really bad car accident, told on 12/26/19 I would not walk again, so I went back to my first love and on 01/23/29, I was given a PT Referral by my orthopedic surgeon to begin weight bearing walking again. I suffered from infertility tried for so many years to get pregnant. I always prayed to god to please bless me with a child. I was watching a mother play with her son on tik tok one day I cried and screamed to God "God please give me a child!!!!!" that same day something in me told me to take a pregnancy test... it came back positive! I couldnt believe it I was in tears and in shock!I took more pregnancy tests and they all came back positive! A week after I found out I was pregnant I found a cross necklace a few steps away from where I worked at and I then knew it was really God all along and never left my side. I now have a 11 month healthy beautiful baby boy. He's turning 1 in a few days! ❤ God is good!

Thank you for this song! My Mother used to walk us kids to church three times a week and I was resentful of the church for they way they used her and treated her. I walked away when they told me that God took my Son (He was stillborn) as a punishment for my past sins. Past sins? I grew up in the church community and babysat with my Mother for all the congregation members! I lost my faith, but as broken hearted as my Mother was, she kept her faith. She ALWAYS prayed over us and for us. She still spoke about God and walked with Jesus all the way up to her passing. I lost her Mother two months later and I felt alone and abandoned. I lost my will to live and hated that God spared my life from a fifth round of cancer battles, only to take the two women I loved more than my own life. When my Brothers and I were spending the first night of her passing together, my Baby girl tearfully asked, "Mom's prayers always kept us safe and you alive....who'll pray for us now?" and without hesitating, I started praying for us the way Mother always had. When we lost Grand-Mère, I just wanted to be with them so bad, I tried to end my life and ended up in a coma. I got help that I needed to get through my neverending grief. When I got home from the hospital, I got on my knees and thanked God for sparing my soul to hell and for loving me like He does. I prayed for my Family. My Friends. I haven't stopped praying since (it will be four years in three weeks since God called Her Home) and I have found my faith again. I'm like a child again, finding out who I am, what's my purpose for God and learning all I can from the Bible. I've been attending church services (live streamed bcus I don't have a car) and even my dog prays with me whenever I get on my knees and pray. I have my Mother's faith now. Unshakable. Undeniable. Unconditional Faith. This song, brought tears to my eyes the first time I heard it and HAD to SHARE it on my social media platforms! I'm listening to it on loop because it moves me deep inside. Thank you Jesus for bringing this wonderful song into my Playlist randomly. Through all your messages, NOTHING is random. Thank You for loving me STILL. And ALWAYS. Thank You for "your forgiveness that's like sweet honey on my lips, sounds like symphony to my ears and is like Holy Water on my skin! This song had me in tears and I barely ever cry. I was so depressed for a long time and listening to this song, I realized I strayed away from God and went into the path of the secular things of this world. I felt barely loved, and all I wanted to go back to was how I felt when I use to go to church, pray, listen to worship; when I was whole and not broken. I started to grow my relationship again, and I feel better than ever. Thank you Jesus! He loves you and will take you back, he has never left you, just go to him.
