+bensonq same here. There were some people who had to do "stuff" and the since it was the end of the year, the people who went up got ice blocks. In our group, the other guys were assholes and were trying to make me do it and i refused. The rest of the class was literally chanting my name and i was like, "no." One of my friends said, " You get free food," but i still refused lol.
+Chochip2ne1 yer, When I first had Vegemite with toast and butter I didn't rlly like it at first but as I grew up I have loved it more idk y 😂😂😂 they should of tried the Cadbury Vegemite chocolate but it's not sold anymore 😭👏
+Taylor Chan Have you ever tried medication for your lactose intolerance? I'm extremely "allergic" to milk as well and find that 'lactaid' helps me a lot. (It let's me have almost any dairy product.
Hi!! It's Vivienne from the 'Hayley and Vivienne' pair 👋 I'm so glad you enjoyed the snacks and that some listened to the warning about Vegemite (Big mistake eating it on its own Taylor! Haha its ok, I did the same thing) Hopefully you also enjoyed the Fantales wrapper ripping game :) Should also mention that it was Hayley who neatly wrote out all our notes! 😀 And thanks to Christine for remembering that we gave you the snacks! Hope to see you guys in Australia again soon!! p.s. Did you know the day you posted this i.e 26th of Jan is Australia Day?
I'm trying to cut out dairy too... My nephew can't eat it, so to be far we try not to eat it, especially around him... Allergies suck! I'm sorry, Taylor. :(
+battleXking i can't personally relate, but I have so much sympathy for those people coz half my diet is dairy & I honestly couldn't live without it. They're so deprived ;(
I thought I couldn't but I'm finding it gets easier . . . Cutting out milk and cheese are easy . . . it's all the stuff you have to learn to make yourself so that it doesn't have milk or butter etc in it . . . I used to think the same thing, like I could never give up milk, now it actually is sort of sour compared to some of the alternatives, like almond milk with honey is so amazing!
I should feel bad for Taylor, but he's so precious, I can't help but to laugh at him 😂 i love how he's silently enjoying his jerky on the side, then just suddenly blurt out random comments now and then 😆
As an Australian, a TimTam slammer is best with hot chocolate or hot milk, bite the ends and drink through it and eat it quickly as the insides will met and be amazing! And Vegemite is good in small quantities! Butter and toast always the best - scrap it on.
Whoever gave the kit Kats to you really loves you guys, cause you have to custom make them, and is a very time consuming process. Keep at it, love your work. ❤️
Just a heads up, the Tim tam slam is like 50x better if you use a warm drink! (Hot chocolate, coffee, etc). Everything kind of collapses together and it's delicious and amazing (but messy lol)
i was like 'are you guys going to try the nutella we had customised at myer?' then was like 'nahhh...nutella's too mainstream' BUT STILL GLAD TO SEE IT. so happy that you guys took it back with you :3
Awww Poor Taylor didn't get to try a lot of the snacks. Loved Ashley's reactions and Phil's commentary! The Kit Kats were custom made for those wondering. Hopefully WongFu come back again soon :)
It could be a regional thing . There are some products or even grocery stores I have never heard of before here in America coming from other states, maybe it is same for Australia !
In England we have a spread similar to Vegimite called Marmite and it's slogan is "You either love it or you hate it". If anything we usually use it on bread/toast but apparently it's good to cook with pasta and curries - also my sister uses it when she makes gravy.
Hi Wong Fu! Awesome video. I'm from New Zealand and to me the best way to eat vegemite is on toast with butter and a thin layer of vegemite. Or instead of butter, cheese. Keep up the good work!
GUYS! Marmite/vegemite on a slice of bread/big rice cake (i've even had it on banana bread), with jam or honey on it is DIVINE. Plus cheese, you can't forget the cheeeeese. But if you really want something amazing, marmite on a cinnamon bun/roll makes everything better. The saltines balances out the overpowering sweetness. Its a saltyness can balance everything. Kinda like a spread form of salt/soy sauce.
As an Australian what the actual f*ck is that jerky stuff haha. Sounds so unbelievably gross. Never seen them sold anywhere. Please do not think crocodile, emu and kangaroo jerky are our usual snacks.
I've seen a couple Vegemite reactions and came to the conclusion it's an acquired taste... Huge Jackman says you're suppose to spread a little with butter/margarine on a piece of toast...it changed Jimmy Fallon's reaction lol...I would send you guys some Ghanian snacks but its basically fried dough in so many different ways and cocoa treats lol
I love this video. Definitely love the reaction to Vegemite. I'm from PNG and we are accustomed to some of the Australian snacks you guys tried especially Vegemite, TimTams and KitKat. Have you guys tried the Japanese Green Tea KitKat??
To really enjoy vegemite try it on toast with a 1:2 ratio of vegemite and butter/margarine then place a slice of cheese and grill it! Another heaalthier alternative is to add smashed avocado on top! Vegemite is more a breakfast thing than a snack. In addition Aussies do not really eat kangaroo, crocodile or emu - def geared towards tourists and a delicacy. Glad you guys enjoyed iur snacks!
You should do the Tim Tam Slam with warm milk! Then after you drink some of the milk, eat the Tim Tam before it gets too crumbly. The warmth of the milk makes the Tim Tam even more delicious!!!
A little bit of vegemite on cheese and toast is the best! Cadbury's vegemite chocolate is also worth a shot if you're game 😛 (it's actually not as bad as it sounds) Sending love from Melbourne!! Xx
Those meat jerky are likely sold in tourist shops, probably just for the experience. Aussies usually don't eat them like that, though kangaroo meat is sold as steaks or sausages or hamburger patties. Tim tams should only be eaten in its original flavour hahaha! Next time when in Australia, try the Pavlova or some Lamingtons :)
I would love to get Australian snacks! It's already hard to get Tim Tams (and a bit expensive), and there isn't much variety. The first time I bought Tim Tams was in Japan believe it or not. It was about $7/pack. I wouldn't mind trying the Kit-Kats. I've only had US and Japanese flavors, but the Australian ones look fancy. Edit: I'VE HEARD THAT TARGET SELLS TIM TAMS
If you guys ever have tim-tams again you should try the tim-tam slam with a hot drink like tea or coffee. Everything starts to melt a bit and you have to eat it really quickly, so slam it back that why its a tim tam slamm.
My friend brought a lemon and a candy cane, she bit off both sides of the candy cane, then she stabbed the lemon. She used the candy cane as a straw to drink the lemon. She said it tastes great but idk.
Vegemite chocolate was a thing for a while. It was cadbury milk chocolate with a caramel and vegemite filling. It really is a matter of preference. Everyone is divided about vegemite
TAYLOR! If you come back to Singapore, I would give you guys barbequed pork jerky! They are absolutely delicious :D and Tim Tams are love. Never knew they were from Australia though hehe
I'm aussie, and I've never eaten any of our animal jerky! I've had kangaroo and crocodile BBQ, and you should do a tim tam slam with a hot beverage! I think theses are more snacks available in Aus, I haven't tried these weird kitkats AHAHHA
We dont eat crocodile and emu meat (unless you live in a particular part of the outback and thats all you have) . Kangaroo meat you can get in supermarkets (fresh in cuts like how you would get some beef cuts). Tim tam slam is usually done with hot black tea (the heat makes the chocolate in the middle gooey and the whole thing melts in your mouth. Try it with hot tea!!! WHOOO
Just wanted to say that emu is pronounced "e-mew/e-myoo" and not "e-moo". 😅 In other news I love your videos and as an Aussie, I'm so excited to see you guys trying Aussie things! 😊
LOL that's not how you eat Vegemite guys! You spread it very very thinly and also with butter. Also for the Tim Tam slam, after drinking through it you immediately eat the biscuit in one bite. It becomes this really awesome biscuity chocolate goodness that melts in your mouth!
benson was probably that kid at the high school lunch table
"are you going to eat that?"
"are you going to finish that"
I'm that guy now
+bensonq same here. There were some people who had to do "stuff" and the since it was the end of the year, the people who went up got ice blocks. This comment reminded me of Rhett and Link's song "are you gonna eat that?"
wes: "this could hit the spot!"

christine and phil's relationship is hilarious haha she's like the older sister that's always scolding her younger brother
11:32 The slow zoom in on Taylor as he munches on crocodile. I laughed more than I should have
TBH we in Australia don't eat emu kangaroo or crocodile jerky 😂😂😂😂 but we do love our Vegemite and tim tams!
ikr!! Although I do know quite a number of Australians that dislike vegemite (including me) ahaha
+Chochip2ne1 yer, When I first had Vegemite with toast and butter I didn't rlly like it at first but as I grew up I have loved it more idk y 😂😂😂 they should of tried the Cadbury Vegemite chocolate but it's not sold anymore 😭👏
BTW I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS MANY LIKES ON MY COMMENT HAHAAH THANKS GUYS FOR AGREEING WITH ME 😂❤️❤️❤️❤️ btw HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY FOR YESTERDAY 😂😂😂👏
+Charlotte Tiong ikr
+Charlotte Tiong i totally agree with you!!!! omg
I see Wes is the type to ask himself questions and answer it. Lol.
Don't feel sorry for me. I was very happy with my jerky.
+Taylor Chan I was feeling sorry for you for most of it then I realized that Taylor is never ungrateful then I found jerky with much enjoyment
+Taylor Chan Have you ever tried medication for your lactose intolerance? I'm extremely "allergic" to milk as well and find that 'lactaid' helps me a lot. (It let's me have almost any dairy product.
Cause you're a "meat guy"(see? I pay attention during Lunch Break!)
no i feel bad.

Love how you guys say "Emu". Haha. Most of us say "Em-you" instead of " E-moo" here in Australia. :)
You Understand me
+Amanda im pretty sure it's pronounced ee-myu
+Amanda Yeah, but haha, reminded me of how my youngest sister says it: 'i-myou'
Christine" Its the perfect level of sweetness!"
Taylor: "Kind of like me..."
LOLOLOLOLOL
I totally relate to Taylor in the whole no dairy think and seeing others enjoy it
+battleXking Woo! *high five*
I'm trying to cut out dairy too... My nephew can't eat it, so to be far we try not to eat it, especially around him... Allergies suck! I'm sorry, Taylor. :(

12:15 "What does milk taste like?" I died a little bit. He looked so sad😂
I should feel bad for Taylor, but he's so precious, I can't help but to laugh at him 😂 i love how he's silently enjoying his jerky on the side, then just suddenly blurt out random comments now and then 😆

"ee-moo" hahaha guys!! its pronounced "ee-myuu" :)
Every American pronounces it e-moo
E-Cows go e-moo :)
+Ann Chau Well, not every, but it is a very common pronunciation.

Awww Poor Taylor didn't get to try a lot of the snacks. Loved Ashley's reactions and Phil's commentary!
The Kit Kats were custom made for those wondering. Hopefully WongFu come back again soon :)

Taylor "Kinda like me" #Taeisbae lol
i like the way phil instructs the kangaroo to kick the emu. he looks like a lil kid. sharing his food. 😂😂😂
Haha I've never seen crocodile, kangaroo or emu jerky in Australia
It could be a regional thing . There are some products or even grocery stores I have never heard of before here in America coming from other states, maybe it is same for Australia !
If you're from Sydney they sell it at Woolworths at Town Hall in the CBD.
+MTran0708 me either
+MTran0708 me neither till I scouted Darwin airport :)
+MTran0708 i only see them when i'm in sydney airport but i never see them at the shops

Yo phil at the beginning looking mad af while Wes is talking so he basically repeats what people are trying to say. hahaha
Wes gets it! Every Australian has a Vegemite spot, it's true.
I first thought that my heart could only belong to Taylor, but Benson seems to be changing my mind. Can't decide! :'(
Find someone who's looks at you the way Benson looks at the spoon at 10:22 😂😂😂❤️
its really funny because you put it up on Australia day
I love Vegemite! Had it for breakfast this morning. Great video as always Wong Fu fam, hope you guys try more of our food in the future :D
Bueno's are my absolute favourite chocolate, and as an Australian I had no idea they're not sold anywhere else... how sad
As an Australian what the actual f*ck is that jerky stuff haha. Sounds so unbelievably gross. Never seen them sold anywhere. Please do not think crocodile, emu and kangaroo jerky are our usual snacks.
I love vegimite! and the cheesy bite is insanely good!
yay! my pressies made it in the video! glad you guys enjoyed them :)
The way you guys say Emu is so cute hahaha

awww the way you guys same emu is so cute
To really enjoy vegemite try it on toast with a 1:2 ratio of vegemite and butter/margarine then place a slice of cheese and grill it! Another heaalthier alternative is to add smashed avocado on top! Christine: "Stop it!"
Then she smells it.
That's so Christine!
lol wes's explanation of a white chocolate timtam
You should do the Tim Tam Slam with warm milk! Then after you drink some of the milk, eat the Tim Tam before it gets too crumbly. The warmth of the milk makes the Tim Tam even more delicious!!!
Taylor, as a lactose intolerant person, I feel your pain
its cool that they posted this after Australia day
Phil was extra adorable today!!!
On Tuesdays I always come home and eat dinner alone. Now I have you guys! (Not sure if that makes it more or less sad -_-)
"emooo" lol phil
A little bit of vegemite on cheese and toast is the best! Cadbury's vegemite chocolate is also worth a shot if you're game 😛 (it's actually not as bad as it sounds)

That Timtam share tho ;) I ship Christine and Phil so much, is that bad? lol
5:17 That pickup line though 😂😂😂

I'm Australian and you guys producing Emu is too cute, it's really like em-you. haha Also try a tim-tam-slam with tea or coffee, it's so delicious. :D
My friend brought a lemon and a candy cane, she bit off both sides of the candy cane, then she stabbed the lemon. She used the candy cane as a straw to drink the lemon. She said it tastes great but idk.
More Benson please!!!!
Vegemite chocolate was a thing for a while. It was cadbury milk chocolate with a caramel and vegemite filling. It really is a matter of preference. Everyone is divided about vegemite
We usually take vegemite and add hot water to it making a sort of instant broth and its really yummy.

Do the tim tam slam with coffee or hot chocolate!! It like melts and you have to devour it and it's great ☺️☺️
'kinda like me" Taylor I love you!
Taylorrrrrr omg enjoying those crocodile jerky 😂😆
cooked crocodile actually tastes really nice. it's like chicken and fish has a baby. texture of a chicken with the flavour of fish
Strange, it's been a very Australia heavy day.
Also, this made me curious to try jerky.
Dear More Wong Fu
Please do a video of Best or Worst Russian Snacks BTW Love your work and keep on doing what you're doing now we Love you.
"Nothing screams out kangaroo". 😂
Thanks for posting on Australia Day! :)
its so awkward and funny to watch them try all this food thay we take for granted in aus hahahaha
hey wongfu, yeast extract usually contains large amounts of monosodium glutamate (MSG) just a fun fact :-)
We have something similar to vegimite in singapore called marmite. We eat it with plain porridge!
Everytime they eat chocolate, tim tam, taylor only can watch and eat the jerky... I think he will finish all the jerky by himself 😆
Ashley
Just wanted to say that emu is pronounced "e-mew/e-myoo" and not "e-moo". 😅 In other news I love your videos and as an Aussie, I'm so excited to see you guys trying Aussie things! 😊
LOL that's not how you eat Vegemite guys! You spread it very very thinly and also with butter. Also for the Tim Tam slam, after drinking through it you immediately eat the biscuit in one bite. It becomes this really awesome biscuity chocolate goodness that melts in your mouth!
