Yes mods, but it does look solid i mean the amount of cars he added and customized is well done in my opinion. You can barely rebuild a few cars only in the default game, Brians Supra, Brians Eclipse, Skyline, Seans Evo and DKs 350Z thats it.

This is the closest color you can get to match it. There really isnt a good looking pink/rose color in the game and so he picked pearl purple.
