@jessiarriaga4521: New player promo codes are only available during the first 72 hours on a new account. If you waited longer, that's your problem. Did you start the new account on a device that's never had Raid before? If you've played Raid on a device before, any new account isn't considered new by Raid, so you won't get the benefits of being a "new" player. I've heard that there are ways to completely delete all traces of a previous installation of Raid, but I don't know the details on how to do that, so I can't help you there. 🤔
