- The Walt Disney Animation Studios is the place where Disney creates its feature-length animated films. It recently went through a multi-million dollar renovation to open up the space for more collaboration.

And a few days ago, it’s the setting of the amazing and magical short film “Once Upon a Studio!”
Crazy before this they in a run down building in Glendale CA but Michael eisner saw the hard work of the animators and rewarded them this masterpiece of a building

My uncle’s neighbor is an animator there, but I’ll still never be able to go in. Animating for Disney is my dream!!
1:59 In the short Once Upon a Studio, the bookshelf was decorated with an assortment of various books about Disney, ranging from “Art of” books for their movies such as Aladdin, Lion King, Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Brother Bear, Meet the Robinsons, Princess and the Frog, Wreck It Ralph, Frozen, Moana, Encanto, and Ralph Breaks the Internet, to books fans of animation would want in their collection, such as The Alchemy of Animation, Nine Old Men, Drawn to Life Volumes 1 and 2, to books Disney fans would want to get ahold of, such as Encyclopedia of Walt Disney’s Animated Characters, Paper Dreams, Tinker Bell: An Evolution, and even the rarest animation book, the original version of The Art of Animation.
I will go foward for my dreams come true to make a real movie .

I've been inside the building before this most recent renovation, and the architecture is nice. The lobby's walls are slanted at extreme angles.
One can find pictures of the freeway-facing side of the building on the Internet. The structure has enormous letters spelling "ANIMATION" that are visible to the passing vehicles.
I want to have a great tour of the animation studio because I heard of the place, seen the place, and not enter the studio. However, I will go to that tour someday.
I'm starting college soon, and I cannot wait! I will work real hard just to get to Disney!

Sincere congrats guys, I adore Disney cartoons since I was a kid! I'm crying when I play Cuphead, Im a huge retroman, and I adore that vintage era of early Disney cartoons of 1930's. Old, good America.

Isn't there a thing now where Disney wants to move all of Animation to a "campus" on the WDW property in Orlando? Tightest labor market since the stats were established, animation as well as entertainment in general is burgeoning, and you want people to move from the traditional center of the industry to a company town 3000 miles away? Good luck with that.
That's what I heard recently. I almost forgot about this info until I researched this like a week or two weeks ago. I don't know what they're scheming, but I hope it ain't a waste of money.
