I experienced this! I was at work. Mid afternoon. I put on some trance music to uplift me through a busy afternoon. at some point it was as though my mind stopped! I became oneness. that's the only way I can explain it. I wasn't trying to get there. it just happened spontaneously. the feeling was warm. as if I had become the sun. there was no body's no minds no jobs cars music. Eyes ears. there was actually nothing becos I was everything! and everything was me. sadly it lasted al of 5-10 seconds. I've never been back 😔 but "trying" won't get it done. The most beautiful feeling. I assure you. ❤️

Yes, I too have had two moments that I can only equate with what is called Satori. They were brief, exactly how long I cannot say, but long enough to not just catch a glimpse but fully grok what is, what isn’t, what was, what will be, all of eternity in a moment, complete utter understanding of all and everything all at once in a flash of infinite understanding in time and space everywhere and nowhere everything was meaning and everything was meaningless, the full integration of being with all that is was and ever will be. Language is inadequate to fully describe what the experience is. Because in the experience there is no explaining, it is beyond human sensibility to explain after the fact. Only in the moment of the experience there is no need for language, there is no need for talking, there are no questions, there are no answers, everything and all simply is. There is no self, in fact there is absolutely nothing at all and all categories of description of separateness disappear. A sense of absolute completeness. The myriad wows of ourselves and all mankind as well as all our exultations dissolve into meaningless manufactured distractions when we have glimpsed infinity in a brilliant momentary flash of ultimate understanding of all and everything throughout all time that has ever existed or ever will exist inside and out of infinity.

The key is surrendering... many spiritual teachers “teaches” us the wrong way. Opposing the ego and creating some sort of barriers between the ego and reality.
But the ego is also a human invention.
The ego is the focus of conscious attention of reality (consciousness).
All we have to do is to surrender completely to reality.
Nothing about “practice”. We are already “enlighten”, enlightenment is not a destination , is a journey.
How do I know all of this? I was awake tremendously by a potent Amazon medicine, that showed me the truth of who we are.

@@Oni-One Surrender is a process , one need to have some kind of divine bliss or experience to know what to surrender too. Otherwise it would be useless ... surrender to your ego ... seeker ego , it’s not possible to surrender properly in ego mind state. Awakening or kundalini or bliss must awake in you ... there are many levels or points to surrender in. Maturity is needed. The path is different for everyone and can’t be compared.

You said "Anything in your head is not real, it's all imagined". So how do I know if what I experienced was a real thing or just an imagination, an illusion, perhaps an hallucination?.. What happened to me was the most powerful, vibrant and deepest sensation of being part of it all, of being One with everything, where my Ego dissolved and there was nothing else left of my former self. Fears, worries, tensions, the whole struggle of life had vanished in that moment that seemed to keep expanding the more i let myself go. I began to cry, feeling as if I finally arrived Home, tears of joy, or sadness I cannot tell. Immense joy and bliss I was feeling, as well as a sort of sadness at the realization that that could not last longer, because my former Self had to regain control , after all. What do you make of it all, was it an illusion?, was it all in my head? It was the most REAL feeling i had ever experienced in 39 years of existence, yet I begin to question if it was real...

Just wanted a moment of silent before I entered my house and this amazing thing happened to me. I experienced a satori like state through my use of psychedelics and an ego death, while this state was beautiful the ego makes us human, the development of ego lets us create purpose. I do like to imagine that non-self-conscious animals live in this satori like state 24/7, like a deer. This isn't a state I'd want to live in, emotions are beautiful, the good and the bad are worth experiencing in our short time here. But becoming aware is important, the separation from ego I don't believe would be a good one for all of human kind.

    Hi all.
I suddenly experienced the following some days ago:
    - pure bliss
    - one-ness
    - egoless-ness, "looking behind the mask"
    - divine love
    - no mind
    - peace
    - stillness
    - awareness
    - "spaciousness"
    - no clinging, no aversion
    - just being
    - total freedom
    - a sort of "light" and clarity
    - a high energy
    - timelessness
    - a "higher consciousness"?
    - no suffering
    - no wanting
Was that a Satori, that kind of glimpse he talks about? And how does one live with this expierience...I mean if you once experienced it you kinda want it to happen again. Life seems so dull after that glimpse.

I disagree. The ability to examine thoughts as if they were objects in your hands might be the only thing satori is. Satori is an ability gained by labor and meditation, and it's incorrect to say "a satori" or "satoris" at all. There are no "satoris" because satori is not an event.

Funny seeing someone point out the obvious that it's not an event, then be snidely dismissed by people claiming to have 'had one' of something that isn't a thing 😂 If Satori is the absence of the self, and you say it is an event - who is it happening to? Doesn't even make sense. You are either seeing truly or you're not. If you want to bring your mind in and pollute it the quickest way would be to cut a segment of time out and make it a noun and an event that happened to us, whilst claiming we weren't there 🤦‍♂️ Like going down to the beach and giving all the waves names and identities and never noticing the ocean. Namaste, namas night, namas in the morning light. 😘
