Ingredients :
Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese)- 250 gm
Onion - 3
Curd- 2 to 3 tbsp
Besan (gram flour)- 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree -1/3 cup or 2 chopped tomato
Green Capsicum -1/3 cup
Red Capsicum -1/3 cup
Yellow capsicum -1/3 cup
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1.5 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
Tandoori masala powder-1/2 tsp
carom seeds(ajwain)-1/4 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)- 1/2 tsp
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp

I specially have come here to thank you for this recipe...it tasted exactly like we get in a restaurant.. I 9nly changed the marination part and actually grilled the capsicum and Paneer and added it to the gravy along with the leftover marination also.. It tasted mind blowing.. Thank you
