While doing this, it made me think of an exercise a spiritual advisor shared with me… creating a personal manifesto - with which includes the YESs and NOs the soul makes, according to intuition… challenging, but fun and powerful. Ok, 5 core values… as of now (1st written on the top of box of vegan pineapple rice, lol) 1. Pure Desire 2. Imaginative Exploration 3. Self Expression 4. Unconditional Loving 5. How do you know that you are being true, honest and authentic to yourself? I often feel like a fraud not knowing if my thoughts, views and feeling are really real?
That's a really good question! I think it's something we get clearer on over time and through experience. Like with most things it takes time to experience some kind of fluency like if we studied a language. What makes a thought, view and feeling real? What makes it real to you? If I perceive them then they are real to me. I like to then look at where they come from. For instance: If I have a strange thought, I might question where that thought came from. Maybe I can notice a feeling as well and explore what both the feeling and thought is communicating to me about me. Thanks for sharing Beatrice ✨ Love your reflection 💖
