We don't need php images separately. checkout this docker file: github.com/docker-library/drupal/blob/6d83cf89d49b5da2608592197dcf5dcc1f233978/10.0/php8.2/apache-bullseye/Dockerfile as an example. This is using "php:8.2-apache-bullseye". So inside your drupal container, PHP will be installed. PHP: hub.docker.com/layers/library/php/8.2-apache-bullseye/images/sha256-0367745493a726cd36c017acbf7ca308e5030ca9aac5ac93c71b568e39e5c6ad?context=explore.
