Shallow water drowning really is terrifying. I was a synchronized swimmer and a 16 year old girl (one of the best swimmers on the team) just randomly passed out in the water during a practice. I was only 10 at the time but I remember hearing her coach start shrieking. Luckily it was during warm up and there were tons of girls in the water, so they got her out in just a few seconds and she was fine.

6:36 Becky was one of my mom's best friends. Her younger son went to school with my sisters. They are both nurses that were actually working together at a nursing home when her sons died. My mom knew she would find a way to bring good out of such a tragedy and she did. She founded the 525 foundation that educates teens and parents about alcohol and prescription drug misuse as well as provides drop boxes to get rid of medications you no longer need.

The Robert Budd Dwyer tragedy cements what I've been telling people for years: the spirit of suicide is not the same as the spirit of depression. While they may work together, depression keeps you wanting to do nothing; suicide convinces you that there's no other way out. Truly sad.

Budd Dwyer was a token to just how messed up the court system and legal system is in the United States. But either way nothing is gonna stop them. I pray for his soul because we all know he was innocent. He was proven innocent years later. When the elites decide your life is no longer of use to them then I guess your only way out on your own terms is to spit your own brain back at their faces. The only suicide I've ever seen that truly sends a deep and dark message. Because us here in the u.s truly are at the disposal of our government.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss 😢. Please know she is always with you and is peacefully in heaven waiting for you. When you miss her put your hand on your mid to upper chest (where a necklace would lay) skin to skin. You will eventually be able to feel her next to or with you. You must believe this will work. I know I will get bashed for this but I am a clairvoyant medium empath and have never charged and never will. I would love to help you connect with her and tell you her messages. She loves you very much and is so thankful for the love you gave her and carrying on and educating people. She wants you to be happy most of all. I couldn't quite understand who was who when you explained where they were found. Did you lose your partner or ex partner as well and was it a result of her mother drinking because that is what I am seeing. Regardless, please know you are not alone to deal with this and while I'm a stranger I am also a mother. I mean nothing but the best. If you ever feel like chatting my Facebook is the same name, use the one with the pic and dm me. Don't friend request me yet until I have given you the reading. Also if you decide to take me up on my offer, please keep your answers breif. Don't give me any details. Yes, no or just validate if I say something that sounds familiar but with out giving me details. This helps me get a more clear reading as well as letting you know I am not lying to you. I also do this over chat so you can keep your reading for ever. I have had many times that someone didn't recognize what I said as it gets emotional but after they calm down and reread it they will recognize something they missed the first time or they let someone else read it and they are able to remember. Regardless, I am here even if you just want to talk, cry, scream Idon't judge. Hugs and love to you and yours!

The tiger incident...The man didn't enter all the way into the tiger enclosure on purpose...He did climb over a couple of protective barriers, but accidentally slipped and fell at the last one to fall all the way into the enclosure...The saddest thing about that story, is the fact that, if the onlookers left the tiger alone, by not screaming and throwing ROCKS at it, while it stared at the frightened man for several minutes, they say he might have survived long enough for the rescue team to have arrived, and possibly saved him, which was almost there before the tiger got hit by one of the rocks thrown at him by the onlookers, and snatched him up, ultimately killing him...The moral, DON'T THROW ROCKS AT TIGERS WHO ARE CALMLY STANDING IN FRONT OF SOMEBODY...When you think you're helping, BUT YOU'RE NOT!!!

The Challenger space shuttle blowing up is one of those "Where were you when...?" moments. I remember exactly where I was when I first heard the news...I was a fourteen year old junior high school student...our homeroom class had just finished gym class and come from changing clothes in the lockerroom, and had just made our way into Social Studies class when the social studies teacher told us as soon as we came through the doors, that the Challenger spae shuttle had just blown up. I will never forget that moment, after having heard all of the hype surrounding it leading up to launch day, about the teacher onboard etc., and then hearing that the entire crew had just been blown to bits in the air, had a profound effect it had on me as a teenage girl. My young mind could barely cope with it.

The Challenger was shocking because Christa McAuliffe wasn't just a payload specialist, but primarily a teacher and the first civilian to be chosen to go into space. I was in 9th grade, watching it live in school, when it blew up. She was going to teach some lessons from space. The Challenger was the most watched shuttle launch ever because she was a teacher chosen to go to space. You need to do more than skim wikipedia when you do these stories. We all saw it explode, thousands of school kids had to see that and it was awful!! They knew it was dangerous to launch that shuttle with it being so cold out. That is why the O ring failed. The cold had weakened it, and then when it was super heated that quickly, it just came apart. NASA knew it could happen and chose to launch anyway.

Every time Lindsay Ivan does these types of videos, I would like to give her a hug and tell her that if she needs some time to compose herself, she has all the time she needs

That teacher didn't get help because the police were to afraid to go In .
If you watch any police reality show you will always hear them say.
At the end of the day the most important thing is we get home alive.
    You still depend on them.

Yea, with all their "training" they still have issues getting in to help others

It’s at that point where I won’t go to any kind of crowded venue. Especially with the Travis Scott tragedy it’s just not worth it to me. I’d rather be home comfortable in pjs and watch whatever I want.

The Space Shuttle Challenger also had a civilian school teacher on board. " Sally Ride " :(

Christa McAuliffe was the school teacher. Sally Ride was an astronaut and physicist. She was not aboard the Challenger.. Judith Resnik was the female astronaut who died aboard the Challenger. Sally Ride was the third woman to go into space. She was also the only person on both panels that investigated the Challenger tragedy in 1986 and the. Columbia crash in 2003.

The scariest one for me is the concert shooting cause I’m a very regular concertgoer (well pre pandemic).
