- Hiking the Devil's Punchbowl Trail in Southern California
Check out one of southern California's most epic hikes to the Devil's Chair at the Devil's Punchbowl Natural Area. Complete with a canyon, switchbacks, fault lines, and a stunning finish, this is one of my new favorite hikes!

I remember large rocks pointing straight up out of the ground 20 to 30 feet tall she didn't show these and the image is forever in mind. Very impressive
I visited the punch Bowl in 1991. David paulides, author of Missing 411, mentions this place where people have mysteriously disappeared. See canam missing project.
And here is a girl, alone, with summer clothing, just innocently dawdling along...
Yep, there’s a reason people name these places “devil” and not any good ones
Constatine XI Palaeologus wow crazy! I’ll check it out
Mark Twain I mean it was summer in California and a hot day...would have been more dangerous to wear heavier clothes and I actually wasn’t alone just the only one on camera 😁
Thank you so much. I’m going in a few days and this lets me know what to expect.
That's great! It's a beautiful hike! Have fun.
Fits with my definition of 'wilderness'. Take care out there, lovely girl!
Mark Twain thanks!

How great to feature so many National Parks during the 100th Birthday Celebration. The series is so good. I look forward to each new episode. Let me introduce you to some gators down here...lodging on me!!! Keep up the great work! Thanks
Thank you so much Monica! I definitely need to head back down and do a Florida episode! I'd love to explore more of the alligators. I don't know about heading into the wilderness with you though...I've heard your crazy stories! LOL.
+Monica Goes Show Clyde Butcher has swamp walks near his everglades studio. you get to muck through the swamp. he is s photographer. interesting character....I'll go with you!!!
That sounds amazing! We'll for sure have to do that!
Buen video. hoy, yo quería ir a ese lugar pero no me acorde del nombre :( .
You should check out devil's table in Fresno county
Great place. Great for hiking. Wear bright colors. Travel alone. Be a German genius or have a handicap. And make sure you're life insurance up to date.
Thanks! Great advice =)
Beautiful footage, loved it.
Dave Petersen thank you so much!
Thus is where the freed slaves were put to die?

Is there any bears ?
I didn’t see any here but I would never say never. It was just very dry and desolate.
Oh I love how the devil's punch bowl is filled with the man's Anita Bush filled with the man's Anita Bush

Not in the park. I’m not sure about the outskirts
