Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is an integral part of Daimler Truck AG, the commercial vehicles business of the Daimler Group. From its headquarters based in Kawasaki, Japan, MFTBC manufacturers trucks, buses, and industrial engines for over 170 markets around the world, offering products ranging from the iconic light-duty Canter truck to the heavy-duty Super Great. In recent years, MFTBC has served as a development center for electric and autonomous drive technologies within the larger Daimler Truck network. MFTBC also operates under the umbrella of Daimler Trucks Asia, together with its partner organization Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV). This strategic unit allows the entities to collaborate on areas such as product development, parts sourcing and production to provide the best value to customers.

I hope that Fuso trucks will be sold here in Canada again in the near future. I have a 2007 Fuso cube van that I have been driving now for 14 yrs. I wanted to buy a new chassis but was told Fuso is not going to be sold in Canada anymore. I love my Fuso.

@@davidmunyiri7556 I think it may have something to do with the supply chain issue that is occurring in many areas of the economy. I don’t know for sure. It sure isn’t good. I really would love to get a new chassis and move my box onto it.
Would you prefer fuso trucks or isuzu ...between the two which is better.
@@davidmunyiri7556 From my personal experience with owning a Fuso and talking with Isuzu owners, I think Fuso makes a better truck. It’s really a shame they are no longer going to be sold in North America.
I also think fuso trucks are better and isuzu,isuzu chassis are weak and small tire with low ground clearance.

I've had a fuso 3.5 ton truck for my construction company and I can genuinely say it's nothing but trouble, the back up from my local Mercedes dealer has been rubbish. Never again.

I'm a former Fuso dealership mechanic and can agree with you. Ever since Diamler bought out Mitsubishi they've done everything to destroy it. In 2012 they stuck that POS Fiat 4P10 in it. All I did was rebuild those things because the top ends blew up religiously. They should've kept the bullet proof 4M50.
I have a 3.5 tonne Canter which I bought new as a chassis-cab in 2002. I built the subframe, body, crane, hydraulics etc myself. It has been very reliable, economical, a pleasure to drive on long journeys and still draws favourable comments. Of course this model is now out of date and I cannot comment on the current range or the auto box. Spares backup has always been good from Euro Commercials (Wales UK) with spares arriving within two days even if coming from abroad. Spares are expensive but always correct and come with any auxiliary items needed which is not the case with aftermarket spares. I believe my Canter was made in Portugal.
Fuso is the best brand I love the trucks

We have one like this, we bought 3 years ago, have a top class engine, but the steel bed is use third class wood , included the wood use for reinforcement for the bed is *all fully rotten within 1.5 year*, the agent in Singapore said this is spoil by us, but i found the same model all got the same problem.
Why like that? Because use solid wood suitable for open bed, will become empty weight more then 2.5 ton and class 3 is not allow to drive !
I think Mitsubishi m-cab coming soon in market my suggestion
