As far as we know... Macaque and Wukong were friends, but had a MAJOR fallout (what happened is unknown) due to things happening such as Wukong constantly leaving and the Brotherhood. It's believed that Wukong killed Macaque, but there are theories that he didn't actually do that. Once Macaque came back, he instantly wanted revenge on Wukong though, buuuut they're getting back to being tolerable of one another and caring but not wanting to show that so... Yeah-
