You really didn't have to go all out on the epic story, map analysis, editing, lore and overall design of the tier list centre, but you still did and the result is spectacular, massive props to you and the whole team, this is absolutely the most enjoyable FE2 series on youtube. I couldn't even possibly imagine how much time this entire series must have took, so as much as i would LOVE a part 2 for highlights, don't overforce yourself and sacrifice your mental health, take all the time you need.❤ As for the map placements in this video: I'm SO glad to see Sandswept get an S - it's my favorite out of the permanent crazies and I'm really happy to see someone else recognise its greatness I also agree that Snowy Stronghold is slightly overrated and the gameplay feels slightly unfair and linear at times (though the OST should have gotten a higher score!) Agreed with both AVM and DS - not much to say here 12:33 I'd honestly say this part feels the least smooth to me as it's quite easy to slip up on the boxes due to the angle of the jump, and the timing slightly feels like memorization, otherwise BM is the map that redefined FE2 and it absolutely deserves the S tier 16:24 I'm a huge Mario Kart fan, and I've never actually drawn a parallel between these two, but after further listening I could definitely see it, otherwise agreed with Ignis being the weak point of the Crazies, and with the reasons provided PC would be A tier for me, but S works fine as well Personally, I'd have spared you, 19:42 was a very unexpected moment This video has oddly enough inspired me to make my own Flood escape map, I've recently started experimenting with Roblox Studio and though I'm still far away from being able to create a highlight worthy FE2 map, if the Highlight tierlist series continues for a long time... who knows? Maybe I could make it up here... someday 20:25 lol
Its funny how the crazy difficulties all have really good scores (A to S tier) Besides ignis peaks, anyways thank you so much boonmoon for these videos, it was always so exciting to see a new tier list video coming out and the hard work you put into them made them so worth it to watch! Amazing job!
Great Video!! Honestly the ranking are quite fair and respectable! And fun fact about ssr, I actually died to a falling block in the map which disrupted me jumping. I wasn’t mad or upset, I was impressed lol. Anyways great video and hope nikitus can revive you to make more fe2 content.
As much as I want to dis you on certain map ratings, I simply can't. You bring up a lot of valid arguments and rate maps fairly. Also, this series was just an overall very fun and interesting. The edits, and the animations just go so smoothly, and the cuts have purpose. Great video! And I simply can't wait for you to rate the highlights (if you do).
Boon. If you want to do a highlights tierlist, I recommend doing it by the end of the year as like a FE2 rewind or Christmas Special. It makes the most sense to me. It could be like a yearly ranking. That way you can seperate the hightlights in years instead of leaving some behind or having them all mixed. But its up to you. Anyways, great video man.
Ngl the list is really accurate for me, especially the crazy maps, they are all pretty high up in the list not only because they are fun and challenging, but also unique themes and impressive detail and gameplay designs (except ignis peak on gameplay XD). More because they really are added later on so yeah. I have to say that this is my favorite series so far out of all your vids, well-done man!

When I first searched up FE2 for help on AVM I found this channel and it’s been helping me a lot, I'm glad this videos been made, as for my opinion for a ranked highlights, it should be your call
I personally would dock points for Decaying Silo and Snowy Stronghold as a low end device user for being unoptimized and laggy, especially Decaying Silo, which is so empty that I cannot fathom why it lags so much. Otherwise, great video :)
14:55 the problem i have with this is that the issue is instantly solved by jumping later than usual, not even as late as possible (for both parts too) if this is bad design, then why does dark sci’s jump have to be ‘iconic?’ (music should also be rated 2847388392/10 RAAAHHHHH /j)
personally i love its music, however about the wall-jump: he's saying its a "gimmick" jump, meaning that if it weren't for the truss jump it would have been easier. i have the same issue with dark-sci but its an insane so
my rankings at crazy maps 1. Ignis peaks (Good ost, great design and in my opinion it has a amazing charting that makes the map really fun to play through) 2. Snowy stronghold (has good ost) 3. Bluemoon 4. Active volcanic mines 5. Decaying silo 6. poisonous chasm (too dark to see) 7. Sandswept ruins (Unbalanced gameplay and average design) (about the complete oppisite of Boonmoon's ranking) Also, you did amazing animating this series. It is really well made for how fast you made this series.
Decaying silo should be s tier no im not biased but u look at the athmosphere and u feel chilly and cold with thia silo themed map so personally expect for my bias kicking in S tier behind AVM
Amazing video and respectable tier sets for the maps, but there's this one thing to utterly irritate me throughout the video, and that is your highly questionable ratings that were in refuse to be put on 10/10, even though you quite literally had no vivid complains about the context of the ratings on the map properties taking in example Blue Moon's ratings. It's not that I'm against your opinions but it's highly nerve wracking to watch over unreasonable missing points on the ratings, placing me on a feeling that you favour over some maps, which I utterly and hopefully doubt is the case.
personally decaying silos decoration is 10/10, mainly cuz i know what a silo is, which makes the nuke have a lot of sense to be there (i play too much rise of nations)
If ds didn’t have the rising nukes and all, it would honestly be a 6/10 since the detail itself is so bare and not so polished imo, and how forced it looks to have a snowy environment.
rip boon moon, Dr is S tier 30 btw, dont care about difficulty and newer players hating it, if they so mad, they can go to chill mode or hop servers to a insane / hard map server
It’s not only gameplay that matters in a crazy map. Details and ost needs to be balanced with the gameplay and that is sadly something ds doesn’t have.
At I the only one who did the Walljump truss the first time I made it to that part Otherwise I'm just too used to the stupidness of modern map gameplay though
