Amazing sound!! Super funky and you nailed the bass (which IMO is the most important and hardest part). I think if you add a “B section” (different chords) in your beats it will take them to the next level! That way it doesn’t sound like the same chords are looping the whole way through 🙏
For context I own multiple leases for myself. The most simple way I can explain it is… if you buy any other lease than exclusive you can use it to the terms in your contract even if an exclusive lease is purchased… if you buy an exclusive it’s yours and no one can buy or renew a lease to that track
