Your informations about Tacloban City and Ormoc City are NOT COMPLETE...As to Tacloban, it seems that you are not aware that Tacloban is a ...First Class Highly Urbanized City, the only one in Region VIII...On the other hand, you also failed to mention that Ormoc City is a First Class Independent Component City of Leyte.......
