Rind period which covers the period from 1430 to 1600. The period of Khawanin period is from 1600 to 1850. British era which started in 1850 and ended in August 1947. There is no need for the introduction of rinds among the Baloch. Because under the leadership of Mir Jalal Khan Rand, 44 different tribes of Baloch came to Makran from Sistan. And from there they spread to Balochistan, Sindh, Punjab, and Gujarat. There is no doubt that until the time of Mir Chakar, as long as it was organized, the leadership of Alkal Baloch remained in Randas. After a thirty-year war with the Lasharians and then with the Dudhais in Punjab, the Baloch organization disintegrated. And the result was that their leadership was also divided. And each tribe gained semi-autonomous status. This is why in later times due to the weakness of the tribe, the leadership of the Randas was divided. When Mir Bajar Khan Jatoi (conqueror of India) broke away from Mir Chakar in Rand Punjab and started fighting the Dudai tribe, he called himself the King of Rands. Mir Chakar Rind and other famous Baloch leaders all belonged to the Rind group. Therefore, tribalism and separatism among the Baloch started in this way. This has become a common rule among Balochs. that each of these tribes claims to be Rind. However, the truth is that most of them have nothing to do with Rind. It is certainly honorable to associate oneself with this clan due to the fame of the Randos for swordsmanship and the presence of great personalities and personalities in this clan. Almost half of the Rands live in Punjab. His ancestors went there with Mir Chakar Rind. However, several Rands defected from Mir Chakar Rand and accepted Mir Bajar Khan Jatoi as their chief. Mir Bajar Khan Jatoi fought many battles against the Dudais in the Punjab. And after that, he returned to Balochistan via Sindh. After conquering India, Mir Bajar Khan kept Sahiwal and Multan from the jagir and distributed the remaining jagir among other Baloch tribes in consultation with Mir Chakar Khan. Mir Bajar Khan settled his elder son Mir Nutak Khan in Multan and appointed him as the chief of all the Baloch tribes. The chieftainship of the Jatoi clan descends through the eldest son of Mir Notak Khan, Mir Lohar Khan, to his descendants, known by the distinctive title of Loharat. The abode of his descendants is on the banks of the river Indus. And Merwana Port is owned by them.

خاصخيلي بلوچ قبيلا.
خاصخيلي لفظ کی معنی عربی میں خاص گھوڑے سوار یا شہ سوار فوجی کو کہتے ہیں پر دراصل یہ لفظ خاشخیلی کی بگڑی صورت حال ہے ۔
خاشخیلی اصل کرد بلوچ قبیلا ہے جو ایران کے علاقے خاش ڈیویزن سے سندھ میں داخل ہوا اور ان کے قدیم سردار حضرت ھارون بن ذراع تھے جن کے ساتھ انھوں نے مغربی بلوچستان سے مشرقی بلوچستان میں قدم رکھا ۔
یہ قبیلا خاشی کے نام بلایا جاتا تھا پر جب انھوں نے فی سبیل اللہ پر کر جھاد کی اور یہ سب بھادر گھوڑے سوار سپاھی تھے تو انھیں خاشی سے خاشخیل کہا گیا ۔
مکران میں محمد بن ھارون سے محمد بن قاسم نے مدد مانگی کیونکہ محمد بن قاسم نے سندھ فتح کرنا تھا اور محمد ںن ھارون نے چالیس ھزار خاشخیل سپاھی محمد بن قاسم کو دیئے اور یہ باقی بلوچ قبیلوں کی طرح سندھ میں داخل ہوئے اور راجا ڈاھر کو شکت دی اور جب محمد بن قاسم کو واپس بلایا گیا تو باقی بلوچ قبیلوں کی طرح یہ قبیلا بھی سندھ میں رہے گیا اور اس کو اپنی درتی ماں تسلیم کرکے یاں کے مقامی لوگوں کے ساتھ شادی کرکے یہیں کے رہے گئے اور پر اس قبیلے کی اولادوں کو سندھ میں خاشخیلی کہا جاتا تھا جو بعد میں لفظوں کی تبدیلیوں کی وجہ سے خاصخیلی ہوگیا یہ قبیلا سندھ میں سب سے زیادہ اکثریت رکھنے والا غیرت مند قبیلا ہے اور اسکے علاوہ بلوچستان کا ضلع لسبیلہ بھی خاصخیلیوں کا قلعہ ہے وہاں بلوچ قوم میں اکثریت خاصخیلیوں کی ہے اس کے علاوہ یہ قبیلا بھاولپور پنجاب اور افغانستان میں بھی آباد ہے ۔
یہ قبیلہ ایک جنگجو اور بہادر قبیلہ ہے ۔ انگریزوں کے خلاف حر تحریک کا آغاز پیر صاحب پگارا کے ساتھ خاصخیلی نوجوانوں نے شروع کیا ۔ یہ قبیلہ فوجی زندگی سے وابستہ تھا ۔ سندھ کے اندر خاصخیلیوں نے سندھ کی سماٹ عورتوں سے شادی کی اور سندھ کو اپنا وطن مانا اور سندھ کے دشمنوں سے لڑتے رہے ۔ بابری بادشاہ نے کہا تھا کہ سب نے میری فتح قبول کی پھر خاصخیلیوں نے میری فتح قبول نہ کی اور یہ بہادر بلوچ قبیلہ ہے ۔[1]یہ اس قبیلے کے قدیم سردار ھارون بن ذراع ہے جس کی مزار آج بھی لسبیلہ میں موجود ہے اور اس قبیلے کے موجودہ سردار راجا بابا خاصخیلی ہے جو کہ سردار غلام مصطفیٰ خاصخیلی کے فرزند ہیں۔جام دینار گنگی نے لسبیلی کا اقتدار حاصل کرنے کے لئے نومڑیوں اور خاصخیلی نوجوانوں کی مدد حاصل کی تھی۔ تاریخ کا اگر باریک بینی سے مطالعہ کیا جائے تو ھندوستان کے حاکم سلطان بھلول، سردار سکھا خاصخیلی، حمید خاصخیلی (حصار اور فیروز پوروالے ) کی آپس میں رشتیہ دارٰیاں تھی ۔ مرزا جانی بیگ، میاں غلام شاہ، مرزا حسن کے دور میں دست بدست جنگ میں خاصخیلی دیگر سندھی قبائل کے ساتھ مل کر سندھ کے دشمن سے لڑے ۔ (بحوالہ حفتہ الکرام، تاریخی معصومی) میر غلام علی تالپر کے دور میں جب کچھ مین قحط پڑا تو کچھ کے لوگوں نے بھوک و بدحالی کی وجہ سے اپنے بچے اناج کے بدلے سندھ میں فروخت کردیے تو میر غلام علی اور نواب فقیر محمد خاصخیلی نے اناج کے ساتھ ان کے بچے بھی واپس کر دیئے ۔ حر تحریک اور خاصخیلی (حر تحریک) انگریزوں کے خلاف حر تحریک ( 1896ء) کا مرکز مکھی کا بیلا تھا ۔ پیر صاحب پاگارو نے جو بارھ افراد پر مثتمل ٹیم بنائی تھی اس کے کمانڈر بچو خاصخیلی تھے۔ انھوں نے اپنی بہادری سے انگریزوں کے دانت کھٹے کر دیئے، اور جب حر حملہ کرتے تو پولیس سرکار تھانے چھوڑ کر بھاگ جاتے تھے۔ آخرکار بچو بادشاھ کے والد وریام فقیر اور والدہ سعیدہ کی گرفتاری کے بعد بچو بادشاھ نے اپنی گرفتای پیش کی۔ خود ملکہ وکٹوریہ نے کہا کہ بچو خاصخیلی از دی گریٹ امپورر اف دی مکھی۔
طاھر خاصخیلی، فاتح سبزل کوٹ اور بہاولپور تھے۔ (طاھر خاصخیلی نے سبزل کوٹ اور بھاول پور فتح کیا تو میر صاحب نے انھیں نواب کا لقب دیا تھا )۔ اس وقت خاص خیلی قبیلہ سندھ کے مختلف شہروں اور دیہاتوں میں بڑی تعداد میں آباد ہے۔ سجاول شہر کا نام بھی سجاول خاصخیلی کے بعد آتا ہے۔ حر تحریک کا بہادر گوریلا چائلڈ کنگ بھی خاص تھا۔ اس کے علاوہ اور بھی بے شمار نام آئے ہیں۔
