It may or may not look that great but trust me looks can be deceiving. That place is top notch from start to finish. Hands down the best now and for the future. Each and every team member cares about what and how they do it Al in all a great place and more importantly an amazing world quality top gun.

I’ll give Kolar one thing ,they have the nicest standard grade wood of any of their competition. Otherwise I prefer the K80 for shoot ability, I really tried to love my Maxlite but after 18 months I had to face the fact that I shoot the Krieghoff better . I hope you get along better with you griffon gun , they are nice .
There’s differences in shooting Kolar vs. K80. I found out that the Kolar shoots almost a pattern lower than the K80 with the same sight picture on the rib. I adjusted mien accordingly and love it 👍
Awesome Nike, and congrats. I loved my Kolar when I shot NSSA. The sporting ones seem a little heavy to me. But could mean I'm getting old. But nothing sounds like a Kolar acction closing it sounds like a bank vault. 😂😂 R U shooting the new round body ( the new Select??) or the traditional one?
Yes I’m shooting the new round body that is slightly lighter than the classic square receiver. Kolars had a replication to be heavy back in the days, but it is actually the lightest gun I’ve ever shot (pretty similar to my old Krieghoff K80 Parcours).
I was looking hard at buying a Kolar after shooting fellow club members guns during a round of sporting clay's- balance was barrel heavy for my feel and you cannot purchase a combo set with 20 ga. barrels, only tubes which makes the balance worse.. Additionally; having to only purchase thru Elite shotguns turned me off big time when they asked above suggested retail for the gun... Kolar shot their self in the foot when they transitioned to Elite shotguns as their only source of retail sales. So I ordered a Krieghoff K-80 sporting 32", 12 and 20 ga. combo, balance is right between the hands with 12 ga. or 20 ga. barrel mounted and I did not pay full retail... Kolar is an outstanding shotgun - it was my first choice - to bad they don't offer 20 ga. barrels... Kolar's choice of retail outlet has pushed many members of my club to the Krieghoff option which is available thousands below the suggested Kolar retail at their "Elite Dealer outlet"...
@@nikoberry i nearly started with Kolar back in early 2000s but they had some fan fire issues, but have seen Kruger move to them and still look at them and wonder when. I liked their 34" .750s however and they discontinued them

The biggest turn off for me was the price!! 15,000$ for standard grade kolar 😬 went with a k80 pro sport instead, and saved 5,000$
Kolar are sold at more shops than just Elite...
