The downhill scrub he did when he was like 16 battling Herlings at Agueda was still one of the craziest scrubs Ive ever seen. He had some nasty ones in the 250s in america too. He still has some insane scrubs at the start of races nowadays as well.

if you consider it all, radius, length and height of the jump and consquequenses, this was the best scrub ever performed on a dirt bike. considering ken was 4 hours on that bike, that says a lot.

Roczens scrub was crazy and completely unexpected. His bike handling skills are amazing. I had a tunnel jump at my local track I would consistently scrub and drag my footpeg, I wanted to catch a guy so bad one time that I tried scrubbing that thing as hard and fast as I could and even lifted my foot up to almost my seat, I ended up catching my shifter and the foot peg dug in so hard it sent me into an endo and exactly like you said I was Superman it. I landed it and didn't crash but had bent my shifter and couldn't shift the rest of the race, luckily was stuck in third so could do most of the track pretty well. After that though I have never dragged a footpeg since, even on that jump.

Roczen is one of the best if not ZE best at scrubbing. Not the first time I see Roczen do an insane scrub. He is beautiful to watch. He makes everything look soooooooo easy.

Yea that scrubbing that jump was absolutely insane.…. Is there a video talking about why you are teaching to leave your foot On the peg in the corners. I grew up racing in the 90s so it’s kind of hard to teach my kids new style technique
