I am soooooo glad you went back to the antique store and got more goodies. I love your DT hauls but I looooove old stuff too. That children’s book is amazing. You should make copies of it on different types of paper and put those in your junk journals. I’d keep the original and display it and use the pages you copy for your journal. Thank you soooooo much for sharing your videos with us. I always hate to see them end 💕💕💕😂

The inside of the thermos IS GLASS, IF the thermos falls, the inside will chatter and it will be worthless. That's how thermos used to be when I was small, even for kids.

I am 75 and I remember my parents using a glass lined thermos. Of course they are made with stainless steel now. Correction: I googled it and glass lined thermoses are still manufactured but harder to find. The fact that you found an old one with the glass liner intact amazes me.
The postcard is original, and the jewelry box looks 100 with the fogged glass. Really fun haul from thrifting and DT!

That teapot and jewelry box are awesome finds! I would definitely preserve them so as not to damage the items. Those placemats….😍 I would hold onto the book and stationery items too and make duplicates to journal with! Love the thrifted haul. TFS❤️😀

I think you should go get the rest of the table linens. If you ever want to resell them, having only two place settings probably won’t sell well. Plus if you have a dinner party on your pretty dining table, you’d probably want the four places.

I loved the everything sunflowers. The tea pot is beautiful, Queen Elizabeth. You should watch a movie about Queen Elizabeth with Micah. A very strong woman who never married. I had a small thermos as a child for lunch and remember the inside glass shattering at times.
I love the place mats and napkins. They will fit so well in your Dining room. You could set your table and use them. I received my kit, loved it! Thank you! I might order another one, but I really want one of the valentine journals. Hopefully they will be on etsy soon.

I would say it is a Keepsake box, not jewelry, it would have velvet inlays and spacers for rings and such.

Your postcards are the real deal. You can look up the stamps to get accurate date if you can't read the postmark. Great haul. The teapot is really cool. You can probably find a restorer to fix the jewelry box if you feel it's valuable enough to spend the money. It's very pretty and possibly 100 years old. That looks like a fun antique shop you found!

That jewelry box looks vintage. If you are worrying about the lid, there are fixes. The box looks wooden so you could use two small flat thumb tacks and a piece of thin ribbon and attach the ribbon to the inside of the box and lid basically making a stop. I would lose that nail glue a clamp the corner and fill in that nail hole. It's a beautiful box.
I had thar red Blair thermos and matching lunch box. It sort of matched my tartan kilt catholic school uniform from my elementary days. Yes, I am an old, but not as old as your jewelry box! Love your videos. Thank you

Girl I love all of your videos and watch every one of them! Also a good product for nail strengthening is OPI nail envy. I use it myself on my nails. I think there is different kinds of treatments and maybe even color. It does have simple instructions as well. It's like $15 a bottle but lasts for a long time. I also use it as a base coat underneath nail polish stickers. It took me a long time to get my nails healthy and I found trimming my cuticles and the nail envy works. They sell it on Amazon and in Walgreens for about the same price. Great haul
My Grandma had pictured of my dad & his 3 brothers on a photo album like the 1 U got from the antique stop. I have 4 different tea pots, cups & sauces that my Grandma & Great-Grandma gave me . I'm 67yrs now they are extremely old & I have them in 1 of my glasses cases that came from my Great-Grandma
Sometimes when you see early 1900s postcards and they might little houses, it's called the Arts and Crafts period.

Marie……my grandmother had a similar jewelry box that I recall when I was a child. She was born in 1905 and had gotten it when she was married ( at the age of 15)…. So yep, that would make it 100 years old, at least. Love ya gf. Great haul! I miss the old vintage stuff, which of course when I had those things, they weren’t vintage at all, lol😂 I also have a vintage postcard with an adorable bunny on it that my husband found one day while taking a walk. It’s on my fridge
