We saw a greater number of birds in Kitulgala only because we visited early in the tour and everything was new to us. By the time we went to Sinharaja, we spent most of our time searching for elusive species that we had yet to see. Spectacular birding at both locations.
Are you planning on coming again to SriLanka anytime soon. We just got back from another 7 month stay on the island... I am still missing the Whistling and Scaly Thrush with pictures..Ughhh
