Didn't Jesus Christ always say "Who do you say I am?" I don't think he ever claimed to be the Savior. He just was. You are right about the Sanhedrin silencing Jesus Christ to protect their power. Turbulent times. Romans 8:28 Thank you for sharing this.
He claimed many times to be the Saviour,God,Son of God,The Messiah in the bible friend.He did ask "who do u think I am" to evoke a personal feeling within the questioner.Christ told the woman at the well that he was the Messiah,just one example friend.God bless u.Jesus loves and he died for u that is the most important thing.
He did indeed. I have had people repeat this false idea but in the end they admit they have now read the Bible. Only a few chapters or versus.
